Yeah, really, I should have limited everyone to short paragraphs (3-5 sentences), but conversation in combat already takes forever. So, for narrative reasons -- and since no bullets are actually flying, I let it go.

No, it's still held up. That's what the declared free action is for. My plan is to use that, assuming Ace says he's happy on his next go, to hang up. Then I'd have my delayed action to move the van.

Or maybe the free action on his delayed action to hang-up? I'm not sure the best way to action it.

Okay, now that everyone's agreed, I'm just going to finish out this Combat Turn... Revs's Declared Free Action, Headstone's Phase on 15, then Ace's next Phase and Headstone's on 5.

Then I think we should be good to drop out of Initiative. Ace is surrendering, so unless someone does something really aggressive like attack Cid or seriously try to hurt Ace, we should be good to go back to free movement at the end of this Turn.

So, hang in there...

Gotta love the "finally". The whole combat was 4 Turns... That's 12 seconds... Plus the 30 for Ace to disarm... Plus 5 to warn you he was exiting... all told, still less than a minute :P
