Highlight user?

Is there a way to mention a user directly without needing to quote them?

Okay. Getting the attention of a user with a tag (@) or mention ([mention]) would be helpful. Seems like it's possible with a plugin: https://www.phpbb.com/customise/db/exte ... _mentions/

Ok i get it now. This is kinda cool but I cant' look at this now. I'll take another look at the plugin in one week (next friday) as I'm leaving for bit on saturday until thursday.
