Activities at HQ {Baby Blue, Bone Biter, El Cid, Pacman, and Tears}

El Cid follows BB out into the main area to see what's going on. He narrows his eyes at Bonebiter after BB accuses him of eavesdropping through BB's closed bedroom door. He looks around for a study chair and asks, "Y'all got any beer in this dump?"

El Cid spots an unknown to him female ork and turns towards Tears. "Hoi. I'm El Cid."

turns to see who called . heaing the introduction " Im Tears in the Rain, But everyone just calls me Tears"

As she steps out into the common room, she narrows her eyes at Bone Biter's comment. "Rude to listen in on a conversation in someone else's private room Biter. And no, I don't need any other shirts."

Bone Biter watches BB walk out of the room and shrugs his shoulders. Bone looks to El Cid and asks, "Cid, do you need anything from me before I check my weapons and hit the roof again?"

El Cid nods to Tears, "Good to meet you."

El Cid looks over at the little ork and grins. "I dunno. Whatcha got? What are you offering?"

Bone looks at El Cid before saying, "I do not have much, but time and a strong back and hands. I am also a fair shot with a long-range weapon."

El Cid gives Bone Biter an incredulous look. "Strong hands? I think you may need to work on that after our handshake." El Cid grins. "If I need someone to hold my cerveza, I'll let you know."

For the time between getting back from lunch and Headstone returning with assorted equipment, Pacman dozes in a chair unless someone gets his attention.

will help check gear and grab a few soy bars and some juice. starts heading topside and turns " Anyone need anything from me ? If not I will head topside and help keep watch ." turns to Bone Biter "If you want to take a break and rest I will head up and keep watch. Unless someone wants to fill me in on whats actually happening or needs me." waits for an answer if none comes heads up

"From the little I've been told is we're going to kidnap a guy named Ace and transport him to CAS. Our Decker ran into some trouble and we got her set up with a medic contact of mine. I think Headstone was arranging for some local transport? I don't recall who else was assigned what. I do have a meet set up with Ace that'll let the group grab him, but I figured I'd share those details once everyone is back." El Cid explains.

"Other than that, I'm new to the team, so I'm just waiting to see what happens." He thinks a moment, "Oh and Bone Biter has some fixation on the roof. You guys couldn't afford security cameras for the hideout?"

Bone looks to Tears and says, "Thanks, I could use a little rack time. I have been awake too long as it is." With this, he watches Tears head out.

"El Cid, I am a light sleeper; wake me up if anything happens." Bone says to ElCid

"Okay 'mano." El Cid replies. He looks around the room wondering what to do next.

"Roof's a nice place. Got a good view," says Baby Blue. "I like to sit up there and just watch when things are slow. I'm going to eat something while we wait for the others, and then try to sneak in a nap. We're gonna be up late tonight."

Baby Blue pauses. "Actually, no. I'm going to eat something, and then spend some time studying Houston's street maps. I'm sure Rev's guy will be reliable, but you never know when or how things will go sideways. Just that they will."

The kitchen has two refrigerators and a stand-alone freezer.

While waiting for BB's answer, Cid opens one of the fridges and finds some beer. He grabs a couple of bottles and returns to his chair. He pops the top of of one bottle and downs it in one gulp. He then pulls out his jar of Jalepeños from his pocket and opens it. Taking one out of the jar he crunches it in his teeth, enjoying the spicy juices before putting the jar back in his pocket.

"Got a name for the guy in Houston?" El Cid asks, looking for a refrigerator.

"Ozymandias," says Baby Blue. She heads for the office. "I'm gonna be on the computer, looking up Houston maps and the like. Interrupt if you need something."

Tears

heads top side to the roof to keep watch and enjoy the fresh night air. Takes time to slowly munch the soy bars and juice . (if something catches her eye that feels off or extra exciting tears will astrally precieve for extra security)

The afternoon seems pretty quiet. Most of the usual regulars seem to have decided that the extra Lone Star presence and the excessive heat make it a good day to be indoors.
