I don't know if the forum is hosted in the US or not but the time stamps on my posts are not lining up with Daylight Savings Time.

You change your time zone in the user control panel, under board preferences

The server is hosted in the US, mountain time. BUT, as I understand how timezones work with PHPbb (and I may be wrong) is that you set whatever time zone you're in. And, we just ended daylight savings (EDT, in the case of Boston), and are back in standard time (EST, again for Boston).
