Player Can't See Private Sub-Forum

One of my players, Ozgood13, can't see his private sub-forum. It shows up for me on my list, but he showed me a screenshot, and it is not showing up on his. Is some setting off or something?

So far, all of my other sub-forums I worked. I only have one player who I have not posted to on their sub-forum yet.

This is for my Ace in the Hole SR 3 game.
