Yarl and Telurion, only a few feet away from the trio, begin looking for Trueshot.

Unless I'm mistaken (which is entirely possible in this game!), casting spells underwater is pretty much impossible without some type of magical assistance.

Tommy's action:
casts eldritch blast
Components: V, S

The verbal component would be garbled underwater and thus not work...correct?

And...has anyone seen Spearmint?

yes, tommy is using suble spell which allows him to cast without verbal or somatic component, usually he uses this to cast with out people noticing he's casting but this is a good use as well

uses the subtle spell sorcerer ability to eliminate the need of verbal components

When you cast a spell, you can spend 1 sorcery point to cast it without any S or V components.

im a little confused on what we can see
are the stairs underwater? are there 2 sets of stairs?
