I missed Idril's holy symbol. She would have a silver holy symbol. Lots of options for Ilvir:

A sundered claw is common. But various snake shapes are just as common, the most common one being the snake eating its own tail circle (Ilvir is often shown as a snake and one of the Ivashu is basically a were-giant snake that can use Ilvirian Invocations).

That sounds perfect actually. The primary worshipers of Ilvirn are the Jarin who are loosely based on the Celts.

I rearranged the stats better for - I think - a thief type character.
I did not roll parent's profession yet.
Can a thief also have a military career, and/or how does the Ivinian secondary military career work?

If he is Ivinian he gets the All Military and the Clansman (UF) under Viking on Character 27. This adds 5 years to his age. Is his Occupation Thief or were you going with another occupation when you said thief like?

I think I'll go with the thief occupation.
Which statistics contribute to SB for the psionic talents, I cannot find a table with them.

It is on Psionics 2 in the text next to the Talent Generation Table. Aur Aur Wil for all the talents. Unfortunately I have an appointment this morning so don't have as much time as usual but I just noticed your Condition SB was calculated incorrectly so you may want to double check those. I will look them over closer after work tonight or tomorrow morning.

Example
Condition SB = Str Sta Wil = (12 + 16 + 10)/3 = 38/3=12.7=13, no sunsign bonus in your case, SB=13 ML=65 or 78 if you add 1 option point
As Condition determines Endurance your Endurance would be 13 or 16

OK, updated with psionics, skills for Clansman UF, fixed condition, used one option point on condition.

1. Family Skills - dad was a hunter/tracker. Tracking and Stealth taken.
2. Pption points spent on Condition, Awareness, Initiative, Stealth, and Physician.

You can go ahead and pick a Family occupation that you thinks fits what you would like for your background. You will get the first Skill listed for the Occupation at OML+1 and 1 other skill of your choice from the occupations skills at OML. If you already have either you get +1 OML to the Skill instead.

You can't use option points on psionics.

For a thief I would usually recommend spending option points on improving Initiative, Stealth, and Awareness. Opening Physician is always a good option as well.

I will give him a better look over tonight after work.

Looking good. Not sure what you are thinking of playing but I am going to recommend switching Will with something and/or putting some points into it from the extra medical roll. Will is not an attribute you want below average in HM. Let me know if you need help with anything.

I have been doing the 2 rolls to the same Talent and giving it OML SBx2 in order to make sure some Psionics were in play and letting everyone know what they have. If you get additional rolls for the same talent it will only increase OML by 1 SB not 2.

Just looking your skills over we are using the Condition skill as automatic. SB is Str Sta Wil, Sunsign Ula/Lad +1, OML SBx5. You may want to put an option point into it as your Endurance is = Condition ML/5.

Your Medium Psi Talent fits nicely with your Fear of Corpses.

If you haven't spent all your option points yet maybe boost your Acrobatics, Stealth and Combat skills?

Just thought of another skill I house rule. If you want it. I do Crossbow as a separate skill from Bow. The only difference is the OML.

Edited the psionics into my original post, and added condition. Nice psionics, they will fit thematically!

About the skills. I did spend my 5 + 12 points to bump stealth and acrobatics with one OP each. For dagger and dodge I went with the "ML cannot be much higher than 70 without actual combat experience" guideline and stopped a bit above ML 70 since she's basically a city dweller with maybe some back alley skirmishes under her belt at best. Tell me if you disagree!

I will bump her another year to 23 for 3 more OP that I put in crossbow, condition and stealth.

After that, her combat MLs are Initiative 70%, Dagger 78%, Dodge 75%, Move 15, Condition 72%. I didn't dare/wanted to go higher than that due to lack of actual combat experience, according to the guideline above. Maybe another OP in dodge for ML 75=>90 could be warranted? To increase survivability.

If this is going to be a combat oriented campaign, I agree I might have to put even more OP in combat skills as otherwise she'll just be standing around most of the time (and players that cannot participate in Harnmaster's rather lengthy combats tend to get bored). If so, I'll bump her to 24 and add another 3 OP that will go into combat skills and stealth.

Looking at crossbow it's cool and fitting for an urban adventure guy but at STR 5 her SB is 10 and if crossbow is not an occupational skill for Lia-Kavair it opens at ML 40. So I'll have to pump in a lot of OPs to get it to a level where she's actually doing some damage. That's why I went with taburis instead since it's SB13 and dagger is occupational skill for Lia-Kavair.

Quite frankly, I think her best strategy is to use her superior Move (AGI 15, unencumbered) to stay out of combat, or use dodge :)

Opening any skill in character generation is at OML+1 so Crossbow would open at 50, not much better but better. Combat skills cap at Initiative ML + the skills SB, that is the only limit I am going with. If your combat skills are over 70 that is OK, just work some combat experience in to your background. My intent isn't for the game to be combat heavy, but there will be combat for sure. I will do my best to balance your opponents so that you have a chance. Idril is not a combat strong character either so I will account for it.
