Right now, my players are using the sheets on D&D Beyond.
It doesn't, and an edition-specific sheet probably won't exist. You can have your characters (heavily) utilize the 'Notes' section, but D&D Beyond is probably going to be your best bet.

No there is only the one sheet which is geared towards the early editions of D&D
