Re: OOC Thread
Mapping implies cautious movement, so no time is lost by mapping, unless the DM rules otherwise, of course.
Now, which way is South?
I don't know which direction we are facing so I cannot tell where "South of the waterfall" is located.

Reasons: Luthandier is encumbered and seems reluctant to be in front.
Kelsey Steelaton/halfling thief (scout) ... Yulia Carter/human ranger
Ulfang the Barbarian/Human fighter ... Ritbert the Bold/dwarf fighter
Osford Green Ears/human cleric ... Travix the Lonely/human magic-user
Palgravadorix/human druid ... Luthandier/elf fighter/magic user
Main problem is that Yulia needs light cannot advance very far with Kelsey. I have a wacky idea to use Yulia's twine to communicate with Kelsey using tugs.
For a mainly human party, we are a bit under equipped in the lighting department.
Put Ritbert the Bold in front. He doesn't need a light source. Also, you'll be able to shoot over the heads of the two front characters if need be.

Ritbert is in front of the main group. The scout group requires stealth and Ritbert is a bit too clanky to be a scout.hammerHead wrote:Put Ritbert the Bold in front. He doesn't need a light source. Re: OOC Thread
Sorry all. Dealing with issues stemming from my father's cancer. I'll have something posted today once I get caught up with reading posts from all my games.
Re: OOC Thread
My apologies to everyone again. My father's battle with cancer continues. Unfortunately ever time he was to begin radiation treatment, something occurs to stall them. He has bad balance and can not walk so well so they postponed treatment to see if there were any tumors and lesions on his brain. Finding none they were going to proceed but then another doctor called for a MRI of his spine. That was clear but the radiologist saw a mass at the edge of the film and called for an MRI of his upper spine, neck, and lower skull. That was when they found a benign tumor on his lower neck/upper spine. They finally cleared him to start radiation therapy this past Monday. I do IT work for Johns Hopkins Hospital in the Cancer Center so I am very familiar with the equipment they are using to treat him so I was away for a couple of days with my family to get things started.
His treatment is scheduled to last 9 weeks and then they can begin to inspect the tumor on his neck. I will try as hard as I can to maintain regular posts but please be patient and understanding when I can not.

I will be on vacation for the next 2 weeks.
I'll still try to post as much as I can, but if I cant find a reliable connection, and am off the board for a couple of days, please feel free to NPC.
Thanks!
