Re: OOC Chat
Maybe triply so.

Happy New Year Everyone!
Re: OOC Chat
This was posted a month ago today. How are things looking?
Will it be easiest to archive this game for now, until you're ready?
Re: OOC Chat
OK, let's see if we can get this one rolling again...
I think the next step is spell selection...
See notes in the chargen thread.

Re: OOC Chat
Any desires about an adventure? I have some ideas I can dig up. One thought is something in the marshes... Or maybe there's a destination on the map that is intriguing. Also, I'm guessing you'd like some men at arms or something to have some fighters to protect the casters...
Re: OOC Chat
I'm wondering if it might be interesting to start in one of the towns to pick up a feel for the setting first and then perhaps move on to the Marsh, possibly after doing a plot around/near the town.
Just a thought, and open to other ideas.
I think we'll definitely need some henchfolk to help us survive. Would it be interesting to role play picking them up at the town before we head off further afield? Again just thinking out loud and happy to go with henchfolk already on the payroll.

Re: OOC Chat
That would work fine for me. Lets us kind of set up our characters.
Re: OOC Chat
Sounds good then. I don't do extended urban adventures well, but a meet and greet and get the lay of the land situation seems reasonable.

So, are elves in this setting like d&d elves (shorter), or more like Tolkien elves (taller, more mysterious, etc) . Trying to get a feel for them.
Re: OOC Chat
So, do we think that two fighter henchfolk is what we need.
I guess we have all the other bases covered.

Re: OOC Chat
In the classic D&D party sense we are missing a thief correct? Not sure the type of adventure this will be, I can be sneaky but not open doors type stuff.
Re: OOC Chat
I wouldn’t worry to much about a locks and traps guy. But if you really want one I can make one available for recruitment or one of the two recruits already could have Devise.
