oops, sorry. Would the damage to the bus be covered under the hero's liability insurance?

EDIT: Maybe this is a distraction from dealing with Dr Death. Rex, as the boss, I'll support which decision Azir comes to.

The area is a train yard, are there any flatbed turck trailers doing deliveries, or conexs that can be used?

There have to be power and water maintenance tunnels under the bank, that's how big cities work. If Umbra can go scout around, he can provide more intel and find the team a way in. If the rest of the heroes are seen helping move people off the top of the building, then it should distract the villans into thinking no one is trying to get in yet.

We've been at this for three weeks of real time, maybe press forward a bit?

Since it is land owned by the railway, but not actively being used (which is why in real life Chicago it becomes a park in about 10 years) you can find flatbed truck (35 STR to lift empty) but not any conex containers.

Of course there are power and water maintenance tunnels, but if there is an unlocked one that says bank lower levels perhaps not.

Without a plan I do not know how to move you forward.

Sorry, I am in the woods much of the time this time of year.

Azir is just going to rip the engine out of the bus and deal with it. Then Eclipse and Umbra can fly it up. Maybe with Azir and Grimm inside.

Azir quickly removes the engine from the bus to lighten the load. Wind Dragon offers to get anyone that wants a lift other than Umbra and Eclipse. The heroes lift the bus to the top of the building that SWAT was climbing the stairs with the thought that they can keep that building between them and the "bank robbers", Eclipse carries most of the weight but Umbra is needed to balance the heavy bus. The duo lands the bus on the top of building the SWAT team is just coming out to. The two heroes will get back some END. (After a few recoveries you will be as good at new [either most of a turn bent over or about a minute of standing and resting - your call.])

The SWAT commander wants to know "What is the plan Crusaders?" and this will have come from someone other than the two winded heroes.

The people on the roof seeing the bus landing on the other building were at first cheering as the bus came over the building, but with the bus resting on the wrong building they are waving and trying to get your attention to come over and save them.

She then leaps for the building top with the hostages if she thinks she can make it.

The SWAT team leaders question is ignored and Azir jumps to the other building to calm the people that have escaped to the roof. Eclipse and Umbra rest up and move the bus to the other building and Wind Dragon moves the remaining heroes across. Azir makes sure that the people on the roof give the bus a chance to land, but after it does they all rush to get on.

There is no tricks or hostile actions that the heroes see.

Once everyone is on the bus, where is the plan to take the bus? Straight down at this point or somewhere else?

Everyone is on the bus and Eclipse realizes that all these normals have an added weight, but he still thinks he can do it. (It will take a push of 3 STR which for TK is 5 points and does not require a roll just extra END. The heroes are flying over and over the street in between the two buildings. Azir is waiting to jump.

I need everyone to make a PER roll - there will be some mods.
