All of the enemies are dead. Ruthgars healing magic frees Allan only moony remains frozen.

Ruthgar and sandarin both feel drained still and the closer they move to the stone the worse they feel

Who has the iron box we found in the priest's room?

Once Phil finds out who has the box, he will see if it can be opened. If so, he will use it to contain the gem. See if that makes a difference.

Ruthgar lays hands on Mooney as well. I am starting to feel sick... as expected. The stone appears to be the source. We are running short of magics that are keeping us alive and moving at this point.

Maybe put the gem in one of the sarcophagus for the time being?

CLW: [1d8] = 7
CLW: [1d8] = 5

7hp healed.

OCC: Spell struck from list, any chance Ruthgar received some healing as well?

Allan is grateful for the healing - it was strange to watch the battle around you while frozen and immobile!

Feeling revived, he'll examine the newly found secret door for any traps or locks.

I was wondering if Sandarin's CLW had any healing effect in addition to the removal of the paralysis.

No traps are found, you find the door is opened by a pressure plate.

Phil stands ready to lead the way into the secret room. Well, we can't stay here with that gem strapping those two's strength... Do we press on and explore or fall back and rest?

I think we should check out the hidden room.

Ja, let's take a look at least and fall back if it looks like another mess... Ruthgar indicates as he wipes sweat from his forehead.

the door opens into a 20x20 chamber.

Along the far wall is a desk and chair, on the east wall is a giant tapestry of the demon visage you have seen through out the temple. along the west wall stand 2 chests

After a quick look around, Phil ushers the others into the room, moving the Sandy and Ruthgar as far away from the gem as the room will allow. Once that is done, he'll start a detailed search of the room, saving the chests for next to last, and the wall behind the tapestry for last.
