Calto the druid:
Calto runs his hand along the etchings on the door, then beckons both of his native companions to come forward, "Can either of you make anything of these glyphs?"

Siavel
We shouldn't dawdle long with Azoth's spell still in effect. Let us at least open the door while the interpretation is commencing. That way the priest can look beyond to determine if the way is safe.
The skinny elf will attempt to push open the door if he can.

Tabai nods and moves on as the rest of the party does so.

The language is archaic, but the jungle savage can make out references to fires of hell.
The door is opened...
The chamber is irregularly shaped, about 20'x20', with double doors in the east wall and a door in the north wall.

Siavel crinkles up his nose at another horrid smell emanating from this place.
Take heed now! Remember the last pile of rubbish we came across? It wasn't so friendly to us.
The mage stays out in the hallway, trying to avoid the insects.
Azoth. Does you magical vision show you anything that should be avoided in here?
He concentrates on his new dagger again, hoping it will show him any secret doors or possibly something else that the group can not see.

Azoth Al-Aziz, occultic priest:
The dark cleric snarled,
"Exactly. Remember the last time we were tempted by shiny treasure? We paid for it in blood. Leave these simple animals be.
"Or else befriend them, wise Calto."
The arcane acolyte's crimson hell-eyes scanned the room and doors for traps.

Calto the druid:
Calto observes the beetles milling about the room, "Yes, these creatures pose no threat as long as we do not tread upon their domain. Let us leave them in peace. With exception to the smell, they are magnificent are they not? Their lights are a thing of beauty, no?" The nature-cleric then offers a wry smile to the others and waits to see what is suggested as the next course of action.

The adventurers agree to let be the suspected treasure and beetles. There is a north door and a set of double doors in the east wall.
