Look, I very much admire OM for his ability to manage all this, and I'm sure it's hard, but he's the one who created a game with 74 players and where time doesn't matter. Just saying.

You’re lucky I like you.
I probably should have mentioned this earlier, but the wife and I will be attending a local gaming convention this weekend, so I probably won’t be on here much again till Monday.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Re: BS (IX)
Enjoy and have a great weekend!
Re: BS (IX)
Nice that you can actually go to a convention, OM. I attended an Amber RPG one virtually in the spring. Basically it was a lot of one-shot 3-4 hour games via Discord. It worked out better than expected, because people from all around the U.S. and the world attended who would never have traveled to attend in person.

We all have to do what we must, but I have found that virtual gaming is a pretty weak substitute for face to face games, so we have really been looking forward to sitting around the table with friends again. I ran a few things online using Zoom and a few others over the pandemic so far, but only out of necessity.jemmus wrote: ↑Sun Oct 03, 2021 12:43 am Nice that you can actually go to a convention, OM. This con was just a little board game convention near us. Fully vaxxed and everyone in masks. It was a little weird and hard to hear the quieter players at times, but at least it is a step in the right direction. We had fun though, and played a few games we've never played before, so that was cool. It was pretty subdued attendance wise, for obvious reasons.
Anyway, I am back in action and will start pumping out updates directly.

Perhaps it was a previous post, requesting a small group

"If you ask me, I'm all for paying a visit to the dwarves. Just three of us, counting the mage making us invisible like he did with Lady Trouble.
It doesn't look like anyone else is coming, but at least one would be welcomed. More than four would be too many."

Yes, but I wrote this on the bs thread a couple days after the one you point out.Karaunios wrote: ↑Fri Oct 01, 2021 1:20 am Well, let's see if our characters survive after saying all these pretty things
Ok, folks, just wanted to say that the group heading to scout the dwarves (quest #37) could benefit from a fighting type or even two. It's actually a stealth mission but we need at least one tank at the front if the shit hits the fan.
Edit: I just had an idea. Maybe the scouting group and the lizard rescue group could initially go together get some lizards and then split in two. One group would drive the lizards back, the other would continue on exploring and spying the dwarves.
Re: BS (IX)
Narramore has an interest in the lizards.

Re: BS (IX)
OK, but can we still use Paladin's idea and call the lizard rescue quest "In and Out"?OGRE MAGE wrote:It helps me greatly if the thread title has something to do with the actual mission, so we can find it easier if we need to search it again later. So I went with this one for now...

I'm open to suggestions as to next steps . How hard would it be to pop open our cabin to use as a safe haven? Or, for a further crazy idea, get inside it, then lure the swarm into the cabin and then shrink it down - that should end things I figure
Other ideas?

The smoke appears to be working and the spell should generate a good size cloud. That may give you enough time to reach the mound, especially if it chases Andron again. Tlachtga can cast one more pyrotechnics spell. You can gather any dry grass along the way to use as fuel for another batch of smoke.
