Newcastle Ale and Old Speckled Hen are by far my favorites.

I've tasted a lot of beers in my 55 years.

I have tried most of those "types"

Hefeweizen is very good.

I find Belgian beers pretty "fizzy" if you know what I mean.

Now as for Norwegian anything, not had the pleasure yet. I bet it is really good

I presume that the Black berry is more a summer beer?

Norwegian is made with a “kveik” yeast, interesting stuff, a lot of tropical fruit in the nose.
The blackberry wheat started out as just a regular hefe that I added some very dark malt to to make it black, because I thought that sounded fun. But the brew day did not go as planned and the gravity was low, so I added a half gallon of blackberry puree to up the gravity. More of a summery lunch beer I would say.

We're getting into sawmill weather around my neck of the woods, finally. I'll be coming in bone-tired at night, so if I miss anything please poke me. Hope everyone is doing well and escaping the rona. :)

I'm newly self-employed after my latest job petered out, so I've cranked my sawmill and been working like a dog cutting figured slabs for people to keep the bank account topped off. And pulling my mill all over the world to sawing jobs. So I may be a little rushed, too.

2020 has been a crazy year!

Good luck to your wife, man. :)

Yes good luck Tarlyn.

Perhaps Heath can be NPCed if NJ is indisposed, and we can move onto the caravan job.

Looks that way.

If you folks have shopping to do, have at it before we ride out. :)

I'll get us an IC post done before bed tonight. Just got in and I'm filthy, starving, and exhausted!

But managed to make a couple hundred bucks off a little cherry log. Not a bad day.

I forgot how bad low level cleric spells are. Used to having Entangle at least for offensive but there is nothing at 1st for Cleric.
All things are possible through Magic.

Thank you for adding me to the game.

Rolled this:

Stats: STR:14, INT:9, DEX:18, WIS:10, CON:17, CHR:15

Swapped wisdom & dex scores to produce Shylock, halfling rogue. Coming to a tavern near you ...

Sheet being edited.

Welcome Bluetongue!

Darklin, there are a few "offensive" 1st level cleric spells like Command (like Sleep in a pinch) and Fear (reversed Remove Fear) that can be effective.

Newcastle Ale and Old Speckled Hen are by far my favorites.
I am going to sound quite strange now admitting a preference for some Bishop's Finger or Theakston's Old Peculiar

Loved that intro post! It took me back to the days of the first Assassins Creed game. I got sucked into that world for ages.

Ah, me. To have that kind of time again!

Well what do you think Jasmine, and Gil do you think one draft horse can pull the wagon? I would get two but it looks as if I only have enough gold for one. Maybe we can work a deal with someone. I only lack 7 gold for the second one.
Kazak gave us 200 gp to use for supplies. Has the money come from that, or your own gold? Even with 25% mark up, I think we can get most if not all of our stuff from that 200.
