I think he can work with that, when he isn't painting beautiful portraits of the scenery of course...

I posted (or thought I posted) a long update last night but don't see it here. Damn it. I 'll get it back up tonight. Sorry for the glitch!

I would blame the orcs. Or maybe Ilfrien.

A giant cleaver? Might be unwieldy...since it's a custom weapon I'm thinking it would cost more than a two-handed sword but inflict similar damage. Larger blade would make it somewhat heavier. I'd also add a 5% chance to critical hits and misses. Of course, Korok would need a specialization for this weapon.MonkeyWrench wrote:I think he can work with that, when he isn't painting beautiful portraits of the scenery of course...

He's already a sushi chef in his spare time. That should count for something.

Sorry for the unexpected absence, we in Lee county, IA have had a complete outage of phone and 'net access for the past 2 days until about half an hour ago.

It occurs to me that Ed's adoptive parents would be long dead by now, considering the life span of an elf.

You spoiled Ilfrien's big reveal!
she'll be able to track someone suitable down.

Whoops.
Ret con it to Ed's "adoptive family" a couple generations past?

So it turns out that giving the old heave-ho to Garmoth is serving Ilfrien pretty well so far.

Yes, Ilfrien is a badass.tkrexx wrote:Hyde, still in awe over the quickness and skill in which Ilfrien dispatched the bull, has been assisting with butchering the animal, mostly whenever a hack is needed, when Arnulf's battle-cry brings the Half-Orc's attention aft. Again he jumps between danger and his new good pal, hurling himself into the intruders, swinging his huge axe.
