Baldwin will make his way around the walls of room 4, making sure there are no further secret entrances. Once he comes to the door, he will slowly open it, prepared to swing his sword at anything that may emerge.

Exploration Turn 16 (DT 2)
Shysie enters Room 4... and immediately snags a trip wire with her leg! The door begins to snap shut.
The half-skorn spins around and throws herself into the path of the closing door, pushing past Sirius and executing a deft tuck and roll back into Room 2. As the door closes, the party can hear water gushing into the room.
Luck (Dex) saves from Brak, Shysie: 2#1d20 4 10 I would have allowed Brak a chance to jam the door before it closed up and sealed Shysie in, as he was showing interest in making sure the door didn't close, but Shysie nailed her Save. Shysie burns a Luck point and is now at 9/11 Luck.
Technically, I am supposed to give the players the choice of using Luck or not, so if for some reason Shysie would prefer to hold her breath for a few minutes and hope the water recedes, let me know!

Sirius notes that his torch is beginning to burn low.
Toward the end of the Rest, Baldwin is looking back toward Room 1 and he sees a black cat peeking around the corner at him. As soon as the cat notices him, it disappears from view.
A reminder of the rules for a Short Rest
After taking a Short Rest an adventurer makes two Willpower checks. For each success the PC gains one recovery benefit. A character’s Rerolls are available for these checks.
◆ Recover half of any lost hit points. If you choose this option twice, you recover a total of three quarters of your lost hp.
◆ Recover one use of an expended class ability.
◆ Recover one Reroll.
◆ On a Great Success, recover one attribute point (excluding Luck).
Short Rest: 2#1d20 1 12 Brak gets 1 Success and 1 Great Success.
Short Rest: 2#1d20 2 1 Shysie gets 2 Great Successes.
Short Rest: 2#1d20 16 5 Sirius gets 1 Success and 1 Failure.
Let me know if Sirius will use a Reroll on that failure.

Sirius will use a reroll. He will use one success to recover hit points, and if he gets another one he will recover a spell use.

Sirius has lost 8 hp and recovers 4. He is at 8/12 hp. He also regains his Spellcraft ability.
Shysie has lost 7 hp and recovers 5. She is at 12/14 hp.
Brak remains at 7/12 hp. He recovers his Blessing and his Reroll.
