Kirk:

#3 ST T4 [1d8] = 1

"Scotty, what's happening down there?" Kirk asks after the ship's warp factor is reduced to one.

Turn 4 rolls are in:

#1: Mant/Spock - 2
#2: Grog/McCoy - 2
#3: Norjax/Kirk - 1

Spock/green came to the circle space requiring him to stop and spin the Impulse Spinner for 1d8. This additional movement happens in Turn 4. So go ahead Mant.

The board at end of Turn 4 (prior to Impulse roll):

Turn 5

Perhaps Scotty can fix those engines for 1d8.

Or maybe not - he delivers another 2 for McCoy. #3 ST T5 McCoy [1d8] = 2

Thanks Mant for the Impulse roll. The Turn 5 roll is next.

Spock

Full throttle!

#3 ST T5: [1d8] = 3

...or a little less than half throttle.

Great gif, Grog!

Turn 5 rolls:

#1: Mant/Spock - 5
#2: Grog/McCoy - 2
#3: Norjax/Kirk - 1

Spock reaches deep into his quadrant exploring the unknown solar system.

The other Enterprises warp to the edge of their mission quadrants.

The board at end of Turn 5:

Turn 6

Spin the spinner for 1d8. Kirk and McCoy will be arriving at the “Stop Here..” space, so those two please also roll Impulse Engine 1d8, which occurs as part of Turn 6.

McCoy’s Warp roll is 4 and Impulse is 3. #3 ST T6 McCoy [1d8] = 4, Impulse Roll [1d8] = 3

I’m curious to see the new Picard show, but refuse to pay more money for TV. Anyone see it? It’ll eventually come out on DVD at the library. That’s how I saw Discovery.

Spock continues to circumnavigate his mission quadrant.

#3 ST T6: [1d8] = 7

I’d like to see the Picard show too, but I agree about not paying for more TV. Netflix and Amazon Prime are enough.

Impulse Roll [1d8] = 5

The Enterprise achieves standard orbit of the Earth Colony.

Love the GIF's, guys!

Turn 6 rolls are in, but Kirk needs to roll Impulse Engine 1d8 as his 7 brought him to the “Stop Here...” space. Once done, I’ll tally up and move pieces.

Nice gif Norjax.

Turn 6 rolls:

#1: Mant/Spock - 7
#2: Grog/McCoy - 4, Impulse 3
#3: Norjax/Kirk - 7, Impulse 5 (edited in)

McCoy and Kirk stopped at the Impulse space, then moved from there with their Impulse rolls.

Spock landed on the circle space “Receive strange signals for help, go back 3 spaces.” What’s going on there?

Kirk is exploring for asternoids and other typos. Or is it not?

McCoy and the Enterprise scan for that stranded spacecraft on a water world. “Damn it I’m a doctor not a fisherman.”

The board at the end of Turn 6:

Turn 7

Spin for 1d8!

McCoy swims along for 3 #3 ST T7 [1d8] = 3

Kirk:

#3 ST T7 Kirk [1d8] = 2

The Enterprise slows down to avoid the Asternoids prevalent in this system. Noids in proximity to the vessel will discharge plasma and wreak havoc with the ship’s sensors!

Turn 7 rolls:

#1: Mant/Spock - 3
#2: Grog/McCoy - 3
#3: Norjax/Kirk - 2

Spock landed on the “Humanoids go ahead 2 spaces.”

The board at end of Turn 7:

Turn 8

The journey continues with 1d8.

#3 ST T 8 Kirk [1d8] = 8 Oops that was suppose to be labeled McCoy. I’m playing Kirk in the other game and got confused.

Following contact with the humanoids, Spock orders the thrusters to be set at warp factor 1. Unfortunately a belt of asternoids impedes progress. :D

Kirk:

”Sensors unable to detect any Asternoids,” Spock informs the bridge crew.

”Continue to scan,” replies Kirk. "They're out there, somewhere..."

Don’t you mean Kirk in an alternate universe? ;)

Turn 8 rolls are in:

#1: Mant/Spock - 3
#2: Grog/McCoy - 8
#3: Norjax/Kirk - 8

The Enterprises are moving in lock-step efficiency. As you can see from the board, we are all in the same spot in our mission quadrants. Four spaces (five for Kirk) away from the beam-down circle space.

Turn 9

Establish your orbits with 1d8.

McCoy almost made it with a 3. #3 ST T9 McCoy [1d8] = 3

In the lower right hand corner of the board in small letters is Hasbro, Pawtucket, RI. I live an hour away in MA from Providence, RI, where today Hasbro has their corporate headquarters. It’s a nice building, with outside banners hanging (the last time I walked by a few years ago) for their major toy properties including banners for D&D and Magic. Not that anything for those lines are done in RI, but it’s neat seeing the place where corporate approvals and such are done. I hope I’ll get to see all the Lake Geneva spots some day.

Spock gathers a group of redshirts and reminds them of the importance of the Prime Directive before beaming down to help the aliens.
