Othrod
If Othrod thinks he can hit the lady without hitting his allies he will throw his javelin.
Javelin [1d20] = 7 to hit [1d6+7] = 6+7 = 13 damage

Ondrake would very much like to horribly strangle the lady. He tries to reach in and grab her neck - and to taunt her closer if he can't.

Carl nudges those with him. Hey. Look at that. Them's getting beat up by a lady. He snickers. Then picks up a rock and throws it at the human-looking lady.
I'm guessing at range and damage here:
Rock [1d20] = 11, dmg? [1d4] = 4

Shozbot
[1d20] = 12
If Shozbot is freed he will snarl and whip his body around to face the lady. He will only swing defensively to avoid being touched again.

At The Tunnel
2 Days Left
Early Evening, Dark, Clear, Quiet
The fight continues with the apparition inside the narrow tunnel. Othrod is certain he can hit the ghostly figure with his javelin without hitting one of the other monsters. His slender missile nearly sticks into the back of the orc, but luckily misses everything in the narrow hall. Carl lobs a rock down the tunnel as well, hitting only wall and floor respectively. Kermut runs his huge blade into the shimmering woman, soliciting an angry growl from her as she reaches out for him as well, grasping his arm and sending up a chill that nearly brings the gnoll to his knees. 5 dam Shozbot snaps out of his funk in time to turn and see this all happen in front of him. (I need a save vs. Spells from Kermut this time, please) Ondrake pushes the smaller monsters aside, trying to reach in to grab ahold of the scary woman, but his giant arm is just too short.
Thamansa looks around in the night sky, trying to locate the stinking flying kobold, but she doesn't spot him anywhere. She passes over the large corner tower, heading to the opposite side of the front gate. The second, smaller tower appears to be under construction. She sees ladders and scaffolding set up around it and it appears that they are attempting to increase the size of this tower to match its larger neighbor. She spots a rubble pile just below a window on the outside of the smaller tower on her way to the taller central tower with the blue light.
Horsefly looks out below as they fly through the air. He spots 2 more guards on the courtyard wall that separates the 2 portions of the inner keep. There is also another single guard on the smaller gate tower that is under construction.
Actions?
map:
Horsefly (goblin) 8/8 [3/3/1]

Othrod (bugbear) 30/30
Horny Carl (minotaur) 40/40
Ondrake (hill giant) 50/50

Feeling the icy touch of the dead lady, Kermut wills his limbs to keep moving, but his body will have none of that. He stands frozen, unable to so much as blink.

Re: The Stinking Bugbear Cave (Intro)
Thamansa contemplates the tower under construction. Does this seem like a location where a little arson might not arouse suspicion? Or, alternately considering forgoing subtlety if the results would be suitably efficacious, does she see anything that looks like barracks? Flammable barracks?

Looka dat pile o' rocks. Let's go dere. Horsefly gestures to the rubble. He wants to see if the pile is easily climbed, and see what's inside that window.

Horny Carl sits back to enjoy the show. He never trusted those two, anyhow. And getting involved would only alert the guards above them.

Othrod waits with Horny since the giant is blocking up the tunnel anyways.

Re: The Stinking Bugbear Cave (Intro)
I hate making the whole group wait for one player, and I really want to get us out of this big guy stalemate, so I will roll for Shozbot this round.
At The Tunnel
2 Days Left
Evening, Dark, Clear, Quiet
Since they can do little else at the moment, the 3 huge brutes outside the narrow escape tunnel step back to watch the show. They see Shozbot thrust at the apparition, striking it cleanly with his huge maul just as Kermut freezes in place. As soon as his blow lands, the ghostly visage suddenly disappears again, freeing the gnoll of his brief yet confounding paralysis. The tunnel goes quiet again once the threat vanishes.
Horsefly directs Thamansa towards the rocky pile of rubble along the outside of the smaller gate tower. The homely bugbear searches for a guard barracks or anything else that might be flammable. The buildings in the courtyard appear to be mostly comprised of wooden construction, but the towers and walls are all built from hard stone. She doesn't see a specific spot that she would consider a barracks, finding it likely that the soldiers who protect this place must live in one of the towers.
Flying to the east, the gangly female stays out of the light from the guards torches, trying to get as close to the tower and the pile of rocks as possible. She finds a dark area below the tower currently under construction and lands on the top of the pile, just under to wide open window. Chancing a peek inside, the strange pairing of goblin and bugbear find this tower, or at least this floor of the tower to be completely empty save for more construction material and tools. There is no light coming from this area at all. The pile of rocks looks like spoils from the construction process that were lazily tossed out of this window and left. The window they are peeking in is about 20 feet from the ground, and likely the second or third floor of the tower.

Horny Carl snorts derisively, not that he would know the meaning of the word. But still. He's disappointed the show is over already. He'd hoped for more damage. He care to whom. He sits back down at the rendezvous, waiting for this boring stuff to be over with. When them others be coming back already?

Now that he is able to move once again and the dead lady is gone, the gnoll will take the opportunity to check out what's at the top of the ladder.

Re: The Stinking Bugbear Cave (Intro)
Shozbot wisely stays alert for the disappearing ghost lady while Kermut makes his way up the filthy, shit covered ladder.
At the top, the gnoll smells animals, several animals. He is pretty sure it isn't horses, but the slimy strings of wet poo dripping in through the outline of a square hatch at the top of the ladder indicates that there is definitely something living above. The disgusting hatch is made of wooden planks banded together with rusty iron. When the dangling gnoll pushes on it, it doesn't budge. It is rather obvious that this hatch hasn't been opened in a very long time.
If Kermut would like to take a peek, give me a d20 roll first, please.
