The brigand appears to be alive and wakes occasionally but he is in bad shape. He just grunts and moans and you have not heard anything intelligible as of yet.

Quoros tends the captive to see if he can bring him to a more permanent state of consciousness. If that works, he'll start trying to find out some immediate and important information about the bandits in the structure - how many, if there is an escape route, who their leader is. If the man balks, he asks how important the man thinks his life is to the others...
