The party advances into the tunnel. It travels in the same general direction (SW) sloping up for approximately 1200 of Beryls paces (I assume he is trying to keep count). At that point the tunnel hits an intersection and you can continue SW, N, or S. Beryl points out that S would take them towards the Orc colony. You don't see any sign of anything having moved through here recently.

Beryl will look down the three hallway options and unless there is an visible door or room on the N or S tunnels he will point straight ahead and continue moving SW.
