Twiggy Shortjump - Fixer and broker who deals with items that might be a bit on the shady side. [Uses Streetwise and Broker/Trade for deals, Recon]

Sim Yohannsen - Owner of Complete Repair and Refit, a shipyard that works on ships and boats on Jackson Hole. Simian is a genetically modified Chimpanzee with more intelligence than the average human. [Engineering, Repair, Carousing]

Dotty Klingmaster - An old lady who is a professional engraver, officially, and a master forger, unofficially. [Streetwise, Computer, Liaison]

Isabella Devon - Owner of Bella's Board, the best room and board on Jackson Hole and that's not just her opinion. [Steward, Liaison, History]

Pepe Rossi - The owner of Pepe's Bar is a tall thin man of medium years. Pepe is friendly and can "tell you a 'ting or two" about everything that goes on on Jackson Hole, all of Rangent for that matter! [Carousing, Recon, JOAT]

Lt Commander Griggs - Imperial Port Authority, Assistant Port Director

Lt JG Jeffers, MD - Imperial Port Authority, Port Doctor

Hank Jenson - Broker who buys and sells cargos on Phlume. He is considered a bit sketchy as he deals with seconds and confiscated items. A good contact if you wish to sell any speculative cargo on Phlume, however. Jenson charges a 5% fee on all transactions.

Douha Jin - Broker with a 2% fee for new customers.

Harrison Mining & Minerals - Local Corporation that extracts minerals, mostly from undersea mines and the ocean floor. The go to organization for non-ag cargos.

The Export Cooperative - A Cooperative of almost all producers of Ag products on Phlume. They sell Ag Products in big lots, but also have small lots now and then. They are a major source of freight being shipped to other worlds as well. Enerita Blossup is Small Ship Contact for the Cooperative.
