OOC & Stuff, Part 2
Re: OOC & Stuff, Part 2
I am reluctant to trust it but it seems our best option at the moment. Unless I can get a string of lucky rolls with Fahima.

Re: OOC & Stuff, Part 2
I'll wait until Zan and Roan weigh in, but you have 2-3 options:
1/ You can fight
2/ You can run and hope it can't catch all of you
3/ You can parlay
Nothing guaranteed, but who knows? It's D&D!

4/ You can parlay, then it turns into a fight

Re: OOC & Stuff, Part 2
I think that the fight would be a losing one. I would vote to parley and if needed run.
Re: OOC & Stuff, Part 2
That works to. Unfortunately I doubt Fahima or Roan can outrun it, maybe Fahima can if she drinks the potion of flying but she doesn't like the idea of leaving Roan alone.

Re: OOC & Stuff, Part 2
I have a few more +1 arrows left but beyond that I have to look at my inventory i can't recall if i have any other magic weaponry. But i don't know that we are going to make it very far regardless of the options we go with. I don't trust the thing as far as I can throw Bronn's body (which ain't very far) so i doubt parlay will work.

I am not opposed to parlay, just doubt it will work. Fahima isn't giving up her new shiny sword either.

Re: OOC & Stuff, Part 2
Ok yeah Roan has a +1 Mace as well so I can spend what I have left for arrows or get up close and try bashing it before I get killed. Oh and he has that Ironstar Maxe too so technically 2 magic weapons. I guess it is better to go down fighting than to die by trickery in trying to parlay. If we run for it this freaking thing can already go invisible and/or fly apparently. So chances are we wouldn't all make it out but at least maybe some would. It is a shame we didn't still have that basilisk egg.

MR seems to have made a decision in the thread.
Darklin2 is probably preoccupied with a forest fire.

Parlay it is then. Can't wait to see what happens next. Hmm, if I was a demon and could turn invisible I wonder who I would attack first.

Well I'm not 100% sure it actually became invisible all we know is it was killing the acolyte then it was on the ceiling.

No intent in saying it in character.
