Do we have a count of days that we're in town this go-round. I know it's at least 3, but unclear how much longer it might have been.

You arrived back in Helix on May 11th and currently, taking into account the time needed to transcribe spells, expecting to leave town again on May 20th.Do we have a count of days that we're in town this go-round. I know it's at least 3, but unclear how much longer it might have been.

Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Definitely wasn’t trying to suggest otherwise.
The magic mace was introduced after things were already mostly sorted, so it’s fine with me if any switching or swapping needs to be done.
Someone needs to wear the cloak though, in case there is more to learn about it.
We have 360gp in a fund set aside for this trip. That should cover our outgoing expenses, hopefully.
Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
my own thoughts on distribution would be the cloak gets worn rather than carried so you can gain the benefits of it. It might be better on Gerdal as she has no present armour except a meatshield in Drew and it will improve any saving throws. The goblet still needs researching or trial and error (hopefully more success than error ...) so that item could be carried or used by anyone.

Isvand will offer the cloak to Gerdal. If she doesn't want to wear it, he will.
Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Ok, Gerdal will carry it with pride!
If we agree not to sell the diamond, I think....it's a wrap, right?

I am good with everything so far. Orgoth can carry the ingot around for now but its useless as is and gets very heavy at times.

The cloak needs to be worn to receive its benefits.
The gnome leader Konrad said he would keep the ingot safe and do some research on it while we are gone, if Orgoth agrees to it. Maybe he will figure out how to create a little construct or something with it.
Does everyone have at least one first aid kit with them?

Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Are we still planning on doing a Tribute to the Expedition? We could use any coin leftover from the fund to pay the bard for it, and the hog roast.
I can’t remember if I asked this before, but is there any xp benefit to hosting the hog roast?
After the extortion at the mercenary guild, we have 196gp left in the trip fund.

Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Gerdal will wear the cloak on this trip, and then we can decide after it regarding ownership.
Let me give the tribute a shot, maybe today even.

Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Hog roast is certainly an experience for the shafted pig. You just enjoy a tavern feast and gain improved reputations in the village. It is your opportunity to celebrate, boast of your achievements, mourn lost companions and show off any trinkets found.
If each person wants to add to the hog roast by telling a story, describe any dramatic and flagrantly embellished encounters, bring out a vargouille head or talk of the cave eels that are 'oh so big', I might award bonus xp on the quality of the roleplay.

Orgoth has 1 first aid kit. I missed we were leaving the ingot with the Gnomes. I will add a note to my sheet that it is with the Gnome leader.

Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
I still feel like it would behoove us not to give out more information about our endeavors than absolutely necessary. Especially in the tavern. A vague song or whatever is fine for the xp, but the fewer details leaked the better, I think.
For future reference, how long does it take to travel from Helix to Ironguard Motte?

Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Writing the song as we speak. Will keep it vague!
Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Since we seem to be getting ready for next trek anyway, I'd like to announce that Gerdal will spend her time scribing three spells to her spellbook.
Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
Six hours, fifteen mile trek; on a good day. A trade wagon will half the time, a horse might do it in less than two.For future reference, how long does it take to travel from Helix to Ironguard Motte?

Ode to our latest trip(s) "How deep we'll go" added to Memorials and Tributes thread.

Harp or some string instrument, drum and conch. Is that something Bublé could manage?
EDIT: also male "hoo-hah" deep choire on second part in the background. Orgoth?

Re: Barrowmaze III: Grave Returns.
That’s awesome.
And very frightening.

Awesome Job with the song. I am horrible at that sort of thing.
