Re: Chapter #3: Adventure 3: Invitation to a Funeral
Jamal will instruct the unseen servant to gather each piece of equipment from the pile whilst everyone stays some 30 feet back, just in case it’s trapped or cursed.

The halfling sha’ir casts his spell and looks over the items. Emma’s knife and the crescent shield are both enchanted. Nothing else.” Jamal says nodding.
”Alara, be a dear and fetch me a burning hands spell, just in case we encounter anything else dangerous down here.”
With a mock bow, the djinnling crackles from existence upon this plane.
. [1d100] = 50 : [1d6+1] = 1+1 = 2 : [1d6+2] = 3+2 = 5
Within two minutes she crackles back in tiny forks of lightning smiling.

2,314 sp / 9 = 257 sp each (rounded down)
898 gp / 9 = 100 gp each (rounded up)
Who is taking the following item?
1 suit of ceremonial lamellar armor
already claimed items:
Asad: gold-hilted scimitar
Emma: qudran steel jambiya (magical aura)
Dubb: small buckler painted with crescent moons and edged in gold (magical aura)
Ahmed: 1 gold necklace, 1 pair of opal earrings, 3 cut amethysts (gems), 1 aquamarine (gem), 1 sapphire (gem)
Map: Currently you are all gathered at the #4 on the map You all came in from the passage marked with a #3. There are 4 other paths to go which do you select first?

Abrex tries to determine what the armor represents and if there is any special marking on the armor and it’s use and value or the etiquette involved in using/returning it. Is the house long gone it represents?

Benham Iskandar
We can leave the armor here for the time being and carry it out when we leave. It looks like it should fetch a decent price- unless it is distinctive enough to be recognized as being buried with its previous owner. Even then, we may still be able to sell it. But that is not really a concern right now. Let us not tarry in case more creatures come this way.
The sha'ir approaches the southwest tunnel and waits for some of the more martially inclined to lead the way.

Where did all this treasure come from? I did not know about any treasure. What type of armor is this.

Dubb
"Ah, welcome, welcome. It appears that the ghouls dug up into the tombs and graves above to...dine. The leftovers are what we see here."
Dubb looks at the treasure and remarks "I would prefer to return these goods to the families of those desecrated. Unfortunately, I don't see an appropriate way to do so." Dubb frowns and continues "I will have to pray on the matter."
Readying his weapon, Dubb turns to the southwest and calls out "It's time we avenge those who were desecrated. Onward!"
Dubb will lead if nobody objects.

Re: Chapter #3: Adventure 3: Invitation to a Funeral
Heading down a Tunnel:
OOC: This is the time elapsed version, however there is no map for the passages aside from a cross-section view that shows much of the passages almost like an ant hill.
Deciding to work clockwise the group starts with the southwest passage first. The tunnel winds around and leads to one of the many elaborate tombs, that is empty save for the bones of the dead that were consumed. The tomb looks much like the lair with naught but bones strewn everywhere, however no treasure and no more ghouls, it appears the ghouls devoured a large amount of the dead of Muluk. The tomb lead out to the surface of the cemetery.
Rashad speaks up "Maybe this was not such a wise choice after all, this could take days and likely there are more ghouls down here. Perhaps we should just take this surface exit and head back to Muluk and hunt down the one whom tried to kill us." the warrior suggests. "The fool likely thinks us dead, so lets go surprise the fool."
Actions?

Rahkeem ibn Hamad al-Qudra
Rahkeem had been lost in thought for awhile, but he suddenly snaps out of it and nods at Rashad's words. "I think I agree with Rashad here, it's probably best to return to the surface to track down that rat AND report what we've found to the City's guards.....perhaps they can seal these tunnels off to leave the dead in peace. Thoughts?"

Asad clutches his fancy new blade with a gleam in his eye. That gleam intensifies at the mention of revenge. "Ah ha! Indeed! Perhaps a quick return to town to serve the sharp edge of Fate's sword to our betrayer! Let it be so!"
