OOC I
Re: OOC I
I have my background and the mechanics you asked for added to my character sheet, Dave.
Dragon foot. Bamboo pole. Little mouse. Tiny boy.
Re: OOC I
Public character sheet template is posted: Public Character Sheet, and while I threw it together quickly at the end of the day, it should cover everything I'm interested in collecting. Definitely feel free to add as much detail as you'd like -- the more, the better!
Each player will simply need to reply to the thread linked above and post the details for their character in their reply.

If you Quote someone's post, you can extract the formatting that way, as well, then just delete the Quote coding.Zhym wrote:The thread is locked.
Dave, could you copy that post's source into code tags so we could use the template w/ the existing boldface & underlining?
Thanks!

Re: OOC I
On second thought, since your default actions may potentially betray your class, you're welcome to post those only in your private forum.

I'll post those in private then Dave

Re: OOC I
A quick note, by 'Weapon Hand' I'm looking for the handedness (e.g. right or left) of your character, not the actual weapon being carried. Not a huge deal.
Once a player has posted their public character sheet, I will review it and their private character sheet, providing any notes before issuing final approval.

Re: OOC I
Okay, shoot. I've come to the determination that what I was originally planning on running is probably too tough for a party of all 1st-level characters, and I would need to get the group some experience before working this original idea in.
I found what I thought would be a good filler, but just discovered that someone is already running this new idea here on the boards (which would probably be fine), except for the fact that one of you is actually playing in that game!
Back to the drawing board, which leaves me a bit panicked since we have an announced start date of Monday (tomorrow).

Re: OOC I
Solution/Suggestion: Just have us start at a higher level.

Re: OOC I
Okay, that is definitely not happening. My comfort level is squarely with starting, 1st-level characters.GreyWolfVT wrote:Solution/Suggestion: Just have us start at a higher level.
I did come up with another idea... now, to develop it. A lot of this is going to be on the fly, so we'll see how it goes.

Re: OOC I
I'm planning on officially launching the game tonight with an introductory post setting the scene.
Everyone should feel free to jump right in, but the official post-per-day expectation won't begin until tomorrow.
