Wow! Nice! I'm trying to use more images, generally. Thanks!

this map is where the nearest Dwarven settlements would be found, right? So Bürd's home of Anvil Peak Holdfast would be up there somewhere? So it'd be reasonable to assume he's passed through some of the towns between there and Herebury?
I'll answer this over here, so that I can keep the Wider World thread as just reference material.
Yes, Bürd definitely has traveled down through the Olfdene, before. The question is whether he passed through the White Mountains from the East (entering the valley at Stoat), or if he came straight south from the mouth of the Olfdene (entering the valley at Foyle).
Anvil Peak is probably closer than Delvdür. Delvdür is on the map to show that there is vague knowledge that it's in that part of the world, but it's far enough away that it's more myth than anything else.
Hmm. At a guess, I'd say that Anvil Peak is in the mountain range to the north of Olfdene, perhaps where the river divides into the Sinann and the Serene. How does that sound to you? In which case, whether or not Bürd has actually visited these towns depends on how much he wandered before settling down.
.mb, would you care to name the mountain range before it splits into the White Mountains and the Longwall? Howsabout the river, before it splits?
