I like the name. By my count you have one more point to put into your ability scores. Do you want a kit for the ranger?

As a suggestion. The broad group of blades will give proficiency in bastard sword, cutlass, dagger/dirk, katana, khopesh, knife/stiletto, long sword, main-gaucje, rapier, sabre, scimitar, short sword/drusus, two handed sword and wakizashi for three points. Put one proficiency slot in sabre to specialize. This will free up one proficiency slot to use on something else and the character will be proficient in more weapons.

I fail to see how i can specialize using only one slot. The PHB states that specialization takes 2 regardless. Also prof in all of those is more that a 9th level ranger would have you said I'd only have 7 but if i read it right in the PHB 4 WP to start at lvl 1 1 every 3 I'd only actually have 6 total. Unless (which always confused me) they mean 3rd as in by counting by 3's rather than 3 levels from 1st which would generally mean at 4th you gain one.

At any point no on the kit. one point had to be used for the % portion of STR from the way i read what was written by you unless that was not properly understood on my part.

The PHB doesn't take into account broad and tight groups or fighting styles. Basically it doesn't account for any source other than itself.

Weapon Proficienices: 4 at first, 1 more at 3rd, 6th and 9th for a total of 7.

It is super confusing but the PHB doesn't mean 1st level plus 3 more levels. It means every level divisible by 3.

Sorry, I could have explained that better. The one point for exceptional strength was to boost it to next level up. IE to raise it from the 76-90 to 91-99.

Hmm ok well initially i only made it an 18 to get exception beyond that i thought it required a point so that is where i though the 100th point went sorry. If that is the case the point originally was in my CHA, with a bard around I figured I may not need the extra point. I suppose I can use it to bump up to the last level of exceptional STR then.
