Yes it does, though in her defense it does say POST embrace. But I do need a link to Hannah's sheet PRE embrace at the moment.

Here is mine. I need some help, most likely do to a difference in rules version. My abilities seem to be different. Should I just copy the list from someone else? I also found some info on merits and flaws online but my rules doesn't list them.

My sheet has a complete list of abilities on it. The official character sheet should be (legally) free online for reference of abilities.

As for merits and flaws, I don't know if a way to get them outside of getting the book. Unless you're asking where in the book, in which case it's the back.

Dodge I remember a previous player I played with mentioning was removed in place of dexterity + Athletics

That site lists 3rd edition (Revised) merits however they are from multiple books. This site (http://www.angelfire.com/de2/createvtm/merits2.html) lists those same merits but they also indicate the book they came from. So if you are using the Core Revised rulebook, you WILL find merits and flaws on that list that are not in the rulebook you possess. Let me know if you need any additional info about specific ones and I will let you know.

At least one of the Merits on that list hasn't been around since first edition (Charmed Existence) so others might be out of date as well.

Yes, you may pick clan merits/flaws as long as they match the clan you belong to.
