Mission 7:  BBQ for Lupper!
Ralph's Pink Flamingo
Pyg in the Kitchen!
August 23, 2018, 3:15pm
Hot and Windy but smells like BBQ and Doom.

What a flurry of activity!  When it goes from so quiet to such and explosion of motion and chaos that The Pyg seems to cause by sheer will, it is all the team can do to dodge everything that is happening.

Well, everyone but Lionel who seems to shuck and jive his way this way and that, letting everything pass by him just shy of a glancing blow.

Roll Chart
===========================

1d100 Object per Fail DMG
---------------------------
1-25 Flateware 1d6
26-50 Cookware 2d6
51-75 Hot Water 3d6
76-00 Fire 4d6
===========================
Rolls
What gets you? Mac gets 1 extra dice for the ghost die.  Good luck all!

Ja: [1d100] = 58 M: [1d100] = 75 [1d100] = 55 Jo: [1d100] = 50
R: [1d100] = 96

Jason: Hot Water!

Mac:  Hot Water & More Hot Water!

Joker:  Cookware!

Roy:  Fire!

DMG. Ja: [3d6] = 8 M: [6d6] = 24 Jo: [2d6] = 6
R: [4d6] = 20
Jason dodges forward into the path of a stream of scalding hot water from the sink's hose that wreathes around like a mad snake.  Mac catches a face full of it as well, but ever the white knight manages to put himself in the path of another blast of hot water while putting himself between it and Jason.

Joker in the meantime dodges the other direction and is his with a flying stew pot that rings like a bell when it makes an impact to the back of his head!

Roy gets it bad as he somehow stumbles and ducks his way without a scratch until finding himself not only around the table but facing the big smoker as it opens up and lets out a ball of fire that washes over him.

The uniforms everyone wears, of course, shield them from a good deal of the various damages being deal out, but they can only protect the wearer from so much.  It seems that everyone, save Lionel, has taken some kind of impact or heat damage as red faces look up to see the Pyg regarding his work even as he turns his sights on the most direct threat, Lionel.  Oink.

Lionel "Freight Train" Williams

Seeing his team wasn't able to avoid flying objects and so he is now the object of the ghost's attention, Lionel opens fire. Oink, oink, bitch!

Joker

Despite himself, Joker can't help but chuckle at the cartoonish 'bongggg!' sound of the pot. He joins the attack on Pyg,

+4 BP [5d6] = 17 ghost [1d6] = 6 -4'to hit' =19

Trap! Need trap!

Roy tries to put himself out stopping dropping and rolling like he recalls from some safety training seminar.

After catching a face full of steam Jason sees Roy in trouble and moves to assist,
Jason is looking for a fire extinguisher, cool water, towels, anything he can use to help Roy.

Yes. There is a couple fire extinguishers within reach. This is a well equipped kitchen. I'll say with how good that roll was that you grabbed it and are able to use it now with no additional cost. Roy can take action next round :)

Mission 7:  BBQ for Lupper!
Ralph's Pink Flamingo
Pyg in the Kitchen!
August 23, 2018, 3:16pm
Hot and smells like BBQ and Doom.

Lionel finally seems to have had enough of seeing his teammates pushed around today and lets fly an insult to taunt the Piggy Poltriguist as he easily gets a beam on the ghost who seems to more or less have shrugged it off, but it is on him all the same.

Mac, scolded but not ready to give up, follows suit as he pops up and hits the precocious porker with a beam of his own and the Pyg turns to face him as the pots and pans slow to a stop in mid-air before then falling to the floor.  You know now that you have interrupted his telekinetic hold on your surroundings!

Joker BONNNNNG! and then everything falls to the ground in a loud crash and clatter as Joker laughs like a mad man while getting a 3rd beam on the now perturbed Pyg. Seriously, I could do this dad joke thing all day. He and his other teammates can feel that he is every bit as hard to hold as Cypork was as he begins to struggle against the proton streams, but Lionel and Mac can already tell that a 3rd beam feels like they might be finally starting to break even as the positive particles of the beams begins to match up with the negatively charged energy of the ghost.

Jason sees Roy as he panics after getting charred and thinks fast, grabbing a fire extinguisher and dousing him with it.  The fire both on Roy as well as the offending stove and smokers are now out.  Okay, since this was quick thinking and can have an obvious change in the environment, I am going to say Roy recovers 1d6 in Bp and removing Fire from the damage rolls from this round forward should Pyg get another chance to attack

Roy recovers [1d6] = 2 Bps

Jason and Roy get themselves ready as Roy recovers a little from being singed and Jason easily puts out the fires on the stove and in the smoker as well, removing them from the equation of any dangers they might face next.

Everyone with a beam on Pyg realizes that he is gathering strength again and will likely attack next round.  He has 3 beams on him and it is all you can do to slow him down.  Roy has the trap.

Joker shifts his grip on his proton wand and snarls something in Turkish. The tone makes it clear, despite the language barrier.

Mission 7:  BBQ for Lupper!
Ralph's Pink Flamingo
Pyg in the Kitchen!
August 23, 2018, 3:16pm
Hot and smells like BBQ and Doom.

Lionel Mac & Joker Hold their shots on the fighting ghost!

Jason drops the extinguisher and grabs his proton wand and lands a shot on Pyg! Jason feels a hard pull of resistance on his particle beam from the ghost, but the others can tell it is once more a degree easier. Pyg isn't quite ready to give up yet, but his energy buildup is once more interrupted sparing them all another attack!
Jason wrote:Jason moved as fast as he can, grabbing an extinguisher and pointing it at roy, You're ok, get the trap!
Roy gets to his feet and grabs the trap, giving it a throw! the range is easy, but it falls on its side rather than standing up and it pointed away from the ghost!

Lionel, Mac & Joker while holding their shots on the fighting ghost, begin to hear the ominous sound of the emergency shut-off warning. Halfway through next round, packs will shut off until the following round to cool off and you can reroll to get in a shot.

Keeping his beam on Pyg, Lionel sidesteps over to the trap, nudging it in the right direction with his foot.
