Excellently run and great job by all . much appreciated!
Re: Roamers and Travelers (ooc and questions lV)
Thanks everyone. Appreciate the kind words.
It's Greek inspired, not Egyptian, so we'd say that months or years had passed and the heroes of this game have ventured out far beyond the desert in search of new adventure.
Hmmm.
Anyone else interested in continuing with these PCs?

Hmmm. Well, truth to tell, my next new game is going to be another classic module from our hobby's dawn, The Caverns of Thracia by Jaquays, from 1979. An old school dungeoncrawl through ancient ruins, it could easily be set in the Hyborian Age, given Howard's themes of civilization and barbarism.

Another GREAT adventure, Inferno! You never fail to amaze! And yes, if you're continuing, Zahra will be glad to be included.
Great game, all! Thanks!

Cruloc's blade is thirsty!

I doubt I'll ever roll up another Fighter/MU with an 18/00 strength, so, yes, I'd def be into continuing as Kiri.

I concur with what’s been said so far, Inferno! Really great stuff! Your games never disappoint, sir! Thanks for running this!
I would consider a continuation as well, depending on the outcome of that pesky XP loss at the end of this one. 5 years of death and regression really isn’t my thing.

Losing levels has become the norm for me in Inferno games. I don't remember what it was like not to lose levels.
Re: Roamers and Travelers (ooc and questions lV)
OK. Cool. Wow. Thanks everyone for the kind words.
So far, Amethu, Cruloc, Kiri, Loche and Zahra will adventure onward. Sweet! I'll get to work on an XP award.
The XP loss from Zargoth is permanent, like a wight, vampire or some other unspeakable horror.
Is that what you mean by outcome?

Re: Roamers and Travelers (ooc and questions lV)
In truth, I am happy to participate in a new campaign. I took over Loche who I think may have had other players running him at various points.
Ideally, using the character generation already on the forum I would create a new character for the new game. One I get my own personal feel for. Hope that would be OK with you all.

I'm fine with it. Cimmerians don't much care for Picts anyhow.
Loche was cool though.
I'd probably want to do the same if I were you, Bluetongue.

In four and a half years Mako has finished with 6299xp earned. If I were to play in the new adventure with the same character, I would at some point regain my previous level but never get anywhere close to the next level. So what's the point? Mako's abilities are very specialized and limited. Why do you think he was invisible for a good portion of the campaign. With no prospect of growth, I'm going to pass.

Re: Roamers and Travelers (ooc and questions lV)
Ya, I figured that.
What I meant was, if the XP award for completing the adventure off sets the loss of levels enough to continue playing with the same character, I would do so.
Like Dads, I don't see any reason to continue playing the same character for another 5 years only to come out where he was 5 years ago.

Re: Roamers and Travelers (ooc and questions lV)
I don't think the idea is to start over with new characters or at low level again but to carry on with characters at the level and skill set you are presently.
I rolled up a possible new character pitching him in at the xp level to where Loche finished but using the Lost City character generation guide.
I would rather folk carry on to achieve higher levels than pull out for my sake.

Hey Bluetongue, it's not you. You haven't done anything wrong.
Dads and Ogre, sorry you guys feel that way. Thank you for playing. It was great having you. See you around the gaming table.
Socratic, still waiting to hear from you, sir!
Everyone else is confirmed to continue. Awesome!
Ok. The ball's in my court:
I'll work the game's waitlist to round out the party.
I'll calculate the XP award.
And then we'll re-kick this thing off. Hopefully, in a week.
Thanks everyone! Can't wait!

Great game as always, Inferno!
Garrin was fun to play, but I would prefer to retire him at this point.

How do we know you're not a donkey-brained man?
