Did you go with the Bard? Just curious so we can cover as many bases as possible.
Just saw the Character thread.

Welcome aboard Leitz!
It might be a phrase but it's not one i have ever heard prior to here.Golem wrote:Sure, go ahead. Posted the starter. Feel free to start posting.
Re: OOC Chat Lounge
Hey all, thanks! A quick OOC word on Georg, since it may seem like he's being less than honest in how he presents himself. He's young, talks about having traveled with armies, and looks like a fighter. Also, there's a young boy with him, named Fallon.
I'm looking to play a very humble character. Georg is a Knight and Fallon is his page. In reality, Georg doesn't see himself as being a "real knight" since he has served several great knights and just helped bury his liege. In his mind he doesn't quite measure up yet, but in game terms he's a minor noble, and a Knight.

As the latest to join the troupe, I can't decide if I should "wait for the early adopters to post first and set the scene" or "throw my newbie self on the 'break the ice' grenade".
Anyone care to have characters know each other, DM permitting?

I am assuming Cormac knows everyone at least a bit. Posting now.

Yes, everyone knows each other. How well is up to each of you.Rex wrote:I am assuming Cormac knows everyone at least a bit. Posting now.

Works for me, thanks!Golem wrote:Yes, everyone knows each other. How well is up to each of you.Rex wrote:I am assuming Cormac knows everyone at least a bit. Posting now.
Of course, Cormac does have a younger sister, and Georg is looking for a lady to champion.
Re: OOC Chat Lounge
Fine with me but she isn't a noble, if that matters to you/Golem.
Re: OOC Chat Lounge
The Trost family isn't really considered "up and coming"; more "slightly eccentric and a bit close to the masses" by some. It might be a step down for her.Rex wrote:Fine with me but she isn't a noble, if that matters to you/Golem.

I didn't dive too deeply into Amarth Underfoe's history, family or life but you guys are the "adventurers" that convinced him to join you and sing of your deeds.

Just don't eat me like they did on the Monty Python holy grail movie.
