I think I'd call it "1/3". Probably works out to between 2-2.5 hours per watch, depending on how early it gets light.

For speed of game play I will be rolling some of the checks from time to time. If it is something non major like the Moony int check I just made I don't want to slow things down by posting for a roll then waiting to move on. Hope everyone is OK with that.

yeah if it is something major I'll wait, but for basic checks that are informational like this situation I'll roll. Also for things where a character doesn't actually know if they succeed or not I will roll, for example if you specify you are searching for a secret door.

Just in case anyone skippe dover it

you are standing in what would almost be the center of the wall and it runs roughly 50 or 60 feet to both right and left of where you stand.

So an ancient ruin the forest has decided to regurgitate from the hidden depths. Moony tries to remember if before the pre-independence days of Thesaly there were temples and cults in this area.

Skill check vs 13 intelligence [3d6] = 13
No one knows of any specific cults of any evil gods in this area, but rumors and folklore of such things alwasy exist.

We moved 60 right then left and left surely otherwise we would be inside the box? Unless there are several buildings and we stumbled a courtyard?

I am thinking of it as you prodding the wall facing it as you go, your right hand reaching the corner.

About what time of day is it as we find what we think is the entrance? I'm thinking we're pretty close to nightfall? If so, we'll need to decide if we want to sleep. And if we do, do we want to do it on the outside of the doorstep or on the inside....

FYI that is your action, you have to stop and concentrate to detect evil so as the others advance you will fall behind.

Do we roll initiative individually, or for the group?

initiative [1d6] = 3

Init is for the group, we will be using d10.

You can decide who rolls a specific person, or just whoever sees an init post first.

Group, I'm fine with either option. From a gameplay POV, I think I'd say we might want to designate Mooney.
