No you still get 1 years worth as cash (everyone get's the starting money roll as cash after the 5 years, not sure if that was intended, but feels good to me...).

Hmm, I had forgotten the CHA discount on training...

I'm trying to decide if that still applies for 1/2 price cult training (if so, it's definitely a discount on the reduced price).

Looking through, I think those are without ability bonus, am I correct? It looks like you added for example, 5% training to the 35% 1-Handed spear you got from foot mercenary?
