Maskelyn

I don't like the idea of leaving a whole area behind us that may contain deadly creatures. I think we should go down, make sure the area is clear, then go back up later.

Ko-Nan hesitates moving closer to the magical metal hammer head. If the other's go down, he will as well. There may not be cowardly wizard machines down there.

Tullia

I suppose we can check out the rest of this floor later. Maybe the metal monsters will get bored and "exterminate" each other.

If we do walk down the stairs, I hope that metal shape stays in place and does not close up the hole. "Down" may be more dangerous than "up." Although, dangerous has become a relative term.

She will try taking a step down into the stairwell, 'cause that's what Rangers do.

LL waits in the back.

Perhaps this would be a good place to rest up if we lower the disk and cover the stairs

DM:

In the bizarre skyscraper of science and sorcery, the eerily weightless steel pyramid looms over the explorers like the executioner's ax. They slowly advance to the white stairwell, to begin their descent up into the tower.
