Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
hey GW. I made an error when posting last turn. I re-listed Biskins' free hit from the previous round, then his 18 to hit/1 to damage. And I forgot to include Madadam's CLW roll: CLW [1d8] = 3
So the damage to Skeleton 11 was only 1HP total, with 3HP going to Madadam, putting him back at 6/9 HP.
Sorry about that. If you're okay using those results, I'll post up rolls for this turn.

Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
Seeing Biskins take such a significant blow,, Madadam prays to his goblin god for healing and is pleased to see some of his wounds heal.
Biskins feels rejuvenated and swings his spear vigorously in a wide arc.
CLW [1d8] = 3 now 4/7 HP, correct?
Spear [1d20] = 11; sm/med [1d6] = 6, lg [1d8] = 8

Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
Madadam and Biskins are emboldened by the sounds of crunching bones all about them. They strike out at skeleton 11.
Biskins:Spear [1d20] = 15; sm/med [1d6] = 4, lg [1d8] = 4
Madadam:Wooden Morningstar [1d20] = 18, s/m/l [1d6] = 3
Mdadam healed Biskins last round, not himself. Gotta keep the lackey/meat shield alive!

Madadam & Biskins finish off Skeleton 11 leaving just the fallen Skeleton 4 standing.
Upchuck takes advantage of the stumbling skeleton 4 and finishes the thing off.
combat is now over!

Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
Biskins looks Vlex and Wroig up and down apprasingly before rolling his eyes and scowling. How did warriors like you live so long? More practice or Chief Praek take your fingers.
Madadam kicks Biskins. No need for insults. Bones are dead again. We claim this tower and have place to rest at. Go make fire to get warm by. Madadam I spects the skeleton bones, looking for some divination tools and treasure. He casts the other bones outside the keep.

the bones contain nothing good other than rusty short swords and spears.

Razke
Razke says, "Good job some of you." Looking at those that could have done better. "The bones will tell us if we should open the chest."
Razke gets his pouch of bones and squats down grabbing the bones then tossing them on the floor.
[1d100] = 15 Razke rolls the bones for a sign
Razke examines the bones grabs them up and says, "Without a doubt." Dramatic pause......."Great bone spirits have spoken...chest need open."
"Razke agree, rest we should. Heal as we rest."
If we are resting for spells. Razke will cast CLW on the two who are in need of healing the most before resting for spells.

Re: Scenario #2: New Beginnings
The brute force attempt with the skeleton's rusty sword proves to be a wasted attempt the sword breaks it appears to be too poorly maintained to be worthy of opening the locked chest.
