Yes.

Everyone, please see DMG, p. 27 for the base movement allowed in any armor type. Barbarians add +3" due to their special movement ability.

Thanks.

We will use the THAC0 progression for fighters that advances by 1 each level instead of 2 every two levels, as per the "Special Note Regarding Fighters' Progression" on DMG p. 74.
Is this for fighter sub-classes as well or just fighters? I think ko-nan is done otherwise.

Thanks!

Here's the latest state of everyone's sheet...

Chubby Pixie: Fiefo LeBratt the Rat-Man Fighter ...This sheet is good to go! Thanks!

Mant72: Chaka the Ape-Boy Thief ...This sheet is approved! Thanks!

Ogre Mage: Buck (Moley) Russellswart the Mole-Man Cleric ...Good to go! Thanks!

Ravenn4544: Ko-Nan the Human Barbarian ...Barbarians double their Con bonus to hit points. So he should have 32hp. Once that's added in, this sheet is approved! Thanks!

Spinward March: Tullia Galena the Half-Elf Ranger ...Armor Class should read: 5/5/5 if you have no shield. If you want a shield and buy one, then AC should read: 4/5/5. After that, I think you're good to go. Thanks.

Starbeard: Jeojand the Cat-Man Magic-User ...Still needs Inventory, Weapons, Encumbrance, Movement and Memorized Spells. Thanks.

Urson: Maskelyn the Gnome Illusionist ....AC should read: 8/10/8. He has 2 memorized spells. Then this sheet is approved! Thanks!

wolfpack: L.L. Adrock the Half-Elf Cleric/Magic-User ...This sheet is good to go! Thanks!

Thanks everyone. Not much longer now til we kick this thing off. :D

Looks good Starbeard.
Please add a spell book (which weighs 10 lbs) and post the final sheet to the character sheet thread. Thanks!

Any other arcane casters (Magic-Users and Illusionists) needs a spell book too.

Done. But should it be 10 lbs or 15 lbs? The house rules say 10 here: viewtopic.php?p=352796#p352796

I'm working on an idea for a wolf-man. Not sure where I want to go class-wise just yet, but I think I may have some good background touches so far.
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

Do you use age adjustment to WIS, STR, etc. by age categories as per p.13 of the DMG?

How do you handle starting GP for a multi-classed character: roll for it or assign the maximum of the highest class as is done for calculating starting age? Or a third method possibly?

I'm plum out of practice playing a multi-classed guy.

No.

Roll for each class and then average the results.

Then, for this game, you double your starting GP, because of your experience level.

Level limits are in place?

If so, I'd be capped at level 8 in cleric, and I could advance without limit in thief.

Yes. But I don't think we'll make it to 8th level with a multiclass character anyway. :)
