At next level, sure (as long as it's not Wizard).

Unless you're talking about creating a Kelben II that is 2 part rouge and 1 part something else? I guess that'd be fine, too. However, I've noticed (at least with equipment), that once something is added, it's tricky to get removed so if you are going to reconfigure Kelben, I would suggest actually rebuilding him as a new character in D&D Beyond and not monkeying around with the existing character.

No, not at all. I think you can make really interesting gnome wizard builds.

I'm kind of down on multi-classing in general, unless the class combination makes sense, but I especially take issue with becoming a wizard after-the-fact because of their requirements. If it's something that is planned ahead of time, sure...

But, I don't like the idea of them suddenly having a spellbook bestowed upon them, and they somehow know how to work arcane magics overnight (where as, actual wizards have spent their lifetimes learning and honing their craft).

I won't outright disallow it, but it is an admitted pet peeve of mine.

No plan for doing that. If anything a fighter is my thinking.

Turned out to be a very busy weekend, and I was barely online. Now it's Sunday night, and when I would normally be starting my updates, I'm about to start watching Game of Thrones.

Then, this upcoming week looks busy for me. Expect this, and all my other games, to maybe lag a bit... probably until Thursday.

I might be inclined to want the sword as for the rest I just think split the coin as evenly as we can. Naturally playing a rogue i want more coin for my cut ;)

Treasure:

3 Potions of Healing
Wand of Entangle
2 Doses of Antitoxin
Sir Bradford's Sword
A key
250 gp

My next character is a druid/rogue, so I'd like the wand, if possible, and one healing potion.

250/4 = 62 gp per. Give Kelben the remainder, I say

Nice work everyone!

A few thoughts. Is Bradford's sword a longsword? If so, it would use Str as its bonus stat. Just a heads up.
As the party stands now, after the adventure, only Sky has any healing. Maybe our new druid or fighter/cleric could pick up something to spread it around?

Sky would like a potion of healing, and is good with Kelben getting a bit extra. :D
I'm good with passing the wand to our new druid friend. Think of it as a bribe to join us.

It is, and it would use Strength (not Dexterity).

Regarding healing any current wounds, there will be plenty of opportunity for long resting, so that won't be an issue. Going forward, losing Hargrem, who was the only cleric, will make things a bit trickier, but at the very least, the replacement character does have the Goodberry spell, which will help a bit.

You can also stock up a bit on healing potions using the money you've been awarded (which will be 250 gold each since Klilxauc managed to find the second ring).

250gp each? nice! I thought that was total.

Btw, I am selling the starting leather for half PHB Price and purchasing studded leather for full PHB price then.

Yes, that amount is per character, not total.

I will trust you guys to make these transactions in your actual character sheet.

For standard equipment (anything from the PHB).

If you're looking at something from another source, or you're not sure where it's from and are unsure, just ask.

Druids don't get Spare the Dying, but they do get Healing Word and Cure Wounds, so we'll have healing.
Sometimes this summer I will most likely be participating in another 24 hour game of Dungeons & Dragons as part of Extra Life. This organization uses gaming to help raise money to donate to children's hospitals. I'm raising money for Marshfield Children's Hospital in Marshfield, WI, and all money I raise will go to that hospital. All donations are tax-deductible. Please take a moment to check out my donation page below. Thank you.

I don't have any issue with either, depending upon their use.

I won't stop anyone from hiring "meat shields," but I'm not crazy about the practice.
