each person gets 125, if they wish to tithe when they get back to town that is up to them

And yes, it is just rubble underneath, you did not find any passages outside of the old root cellar. Also, the rest of the room is just rubble.

The party moves forward, its a small alcove, the stairs lead to nowhere, and there is a small, rotten door on the south wall. There is nothing much here except broken down rubble and the rotted door that would need to be cleared to be useful.

The party can continue to explore the southern wall, or go to the hallway parallel to the southern wall, or head north.

The door is on the south wall - leading outside. there is a open area to the next room, did you mean to look in that room to the east?
