Judging from Keehnelf's game, loot distribution and reforming a new group always takes way longer than it should. A nudge from the DM is not a bad idea.

Selling the pilfered gear:

• Merchants don't want 10 goblin-made spears or wierd oil
• Five shortbows at 12.5gp each is 62.5gp X-Markd wants one shortbow (-12.5)
• Five quivers with 42 arrows is 10.5gp X-Markd wants one quiver and 8 arrows (-2.1 gp?)
• Five daggers is 7.5gp

80.5gp total

All together 57gp, 10 silver, 13 electrum each.

• Buy back the claimed shortbows, arrows, and daggers as part of your share.
• Buy back any trade goods that you want to barter a better price for as part of your share.
• Someone gets the scroll.

Markd would prefer to take 43 gp, 4 silver, 13 electrum along with shortbow and quiver/arrows.
He is ok cashing out now, knowing he has never been much of a bargainer.

Agree with Markd on easy resolution and cashing out.
Corbin has already claimed a shortbow and 10 arrows during the adventure, I am not sure if that was included in this list of treasure or not.

Assuming that it was, that would remove 12.5 gp and 25 sp from Corbin's share.
That nets him 42 gp, 10 sp, and 13 ep.

I know it's somewhere back in the thread, but about how many pints are there in a barrel of beer?

There are a variety of answers... different definitions of "barrel" over time.

In this case, I used 100. A pint is a pound of liquid, so the barrels each weighed 100lbs (I fudged, ignoring the wood-weight in your favor). The barrel itself retails in the General Store for 12sp (which is copied from the Lab Lord Advanced item lists as compatible). If Hyde intended to sell the imported stout beer for 1sp/pint, that sets the retail value of the full barrel about 12gp. The merchants and Hyde offered you 80% retail, or 10gp per barrel, which was probably too much, but demand is greater than supply at the moment.

Silent is ok with the split, doesn't want any of the extra gear. Nor does he think holding out for a better deal worth the time and effort. I'll mark his sheet down when others confirm one way or the other what's happening.

BAxtaw hearing the argument that Fingers is having with the group about the Ogres leaving He stands besides his elven cousin. You can also give them a barrel of dried fish. You can take the barrel out my share. That way they will not raid some farm and hurt innocent people.

10 gp for the scroll? I think we can do better, even with crappy charisma. If you want to place your bets, let Corbin negotiate with the temples. If he doesn't get an offer better than 10 gp, we sell it to Carchannoi.

Baxtaw offers a barrel of fish from his share to the ogres, who gratefully accept and take it with them, along with their fallen comrades. When this is calculated in the division of coins, he gets 10gp instead of 42gp.

The group shops around the scroll to the temples, finding the most interest at the Chapel of Baudh. Acolyte Gvene is quite interested in the writings of the chaotic creatures that threaten the farms and offers 54gp for the scroll, which grants 9gp to each party member once divided.

Clarifying: there is a general price offered that includes assumed haggling. If you'd like to do a CHA check to try to get a better price on things, we'll do so with a simple 3d6 modified by the RP and offers you make when you post about it [this is what I suggested goes in the other town threads]. , though, so I don't want to belabor this process. I suggest you split the proceeds here (since Fingers didn't succeed at getting a better price on the beer) and anyone who wants to try for a few more coins on charm can do so by keeping goods instead of coin in their allotment. Better to move on to some town scenes and then new expeditions.
