How do we split up the 8000gp? Let's get that out of the way and divvied before we go nuts on whatever folks have planned for Adamas.

Well, you should get reimbursed for the money you gave the mercs. Then the money for Quinn's healing. After that, just split it up equally unless someone else has a party expense they paid for.

Yep, my question was about splits for our henchmen - mostly because my memory is foggy. Are they all half shares? In which case we have:

5 PCs at full share, 5 NPCs at half share? Is that right?

Henchmen usually get a half xp share, and a 0.15 gp share, yes? We have an npc (Galen) who is technically getting a full share. I think, since you have an opportunity to hire a new healer, though, that Galen is going to park here (or, alternatively, in Muntberg) going forward, though.

That makes 6 PC shares (Galen, Torgyr, Solaine, Quinn, Randolpho and Ranulf) and 0.6 of a share for the Henchmen (Emm, Audi, U Tar and Zim).

Removing the 85 gp...

call it 1200 gp per share, 180 gp per hench share (yes, there's a little rounding there, but only a teeny bit)

If you want to wait to pay for Quinn's healing out of the group pot, you'll need to tell me how much you give/pay.

So 1200 gp per PC - 325 gp / 6 PCs = 1146 gp roughly.

1146 gp - 700 gp = 446 gp added to Solaine's sheet. Is that correct?

After being offered the healing of the leg for 325gp (the total mount of go he had on him....did Hamund know that or coincidence?), anyway Quinn was happy to fork out the full amount and then heal up resting a couple of days. So we can all take the full amount 1200gp, it is still way more gold than he knows what to do with...must have a word with Ranulf.
