Act V Search for the Skyfish

Blodget, halfling thief:
"Well!" exclaimed the proud young hobbit. "That wasn't so hard! Shall we be going?!"

Trotter investigates the new opening.
Re: Act V Search for the Skyfish
Sir Trotter, Mira's dark eyes flash away from the tiny glowing object a moment, With respect, perhaps we should not get ahead of ourselves. I believe you are the only among us who can track the escaped Gnome-weasels. I don't want to fall into any traps they may devise, and I would have them learn proper manners.

Despite Mira's warning, Trotter walks over to the tower and looks closer at the tiny hole in the side of the towers wall.
The perfectly round hole is rather small. It looks like a common keyhole of some kind.
The trapped gnomes continue to dig in the icy snow on the inside of the dome. They have a hole dug now that a gnome size creature could fit in. They seem to be trying to dig a tunnel under the invisible wall of force.

Re: Act V Search for the Skyfish
I will take some liberties here to try to move this along and because the wizard only posts twice a month.
As the group begins to investigate the tower a little closer, it appears to be made from a combination of ice and glass. It's sides are smooth and cold to the touch. The tower glows with a magical light and you can see other balls of colored light floating around inside the translucent walls.
The white wizard gets an idea in his head and rolls with it. He takes the glowing fish head rod and inserts it into the tiny hole in the tower wall. It slides in and seems to fit perfectly but........nothing happens. He turns the rod a quarter turn, like a key, and sure enough, a door in the wall appears, opening smoothly inward, revealing a strange, silent chamber beyond.
After the biting, damp cold outside, the room feels pleasantly warm. Standing in the open doorway you can now see that, deep within the translucent walls are patterns of light that pulsate and swirl. A staircase of shimmering crystal leads up to an opening in the translucent ceiling. Floating down through the opening is a sparkling silver sphere which stares at the group with a single golden eye as you begin to enter the tower.

Re: Act V Search for the Skyfish
Halo will detect evil within the chamber and focussed towards the descending sky fish
Greys Campaign.
Re: Act V Search for the Skyfish
Trotter nods at the wisdom of the mage and, if Halo detects no evil, will lead the investigation inside. If Halo does detect evil he will also lead the investigation inside but with more caution.
He keeps an eye on the sphere and eye but also around the rest of the chamber, cautious for surprises.

Blodget, halfling thief:
"Oh my!" the hobbit softly exclaims as he follows the company of mighty heroes. He smiles sweetly and holds his hand out to retrieve the glowing fish key from the white wizard.
When the silver cyclops orb descends, the nigh-invisible hobbit hides behind the biggest nearby friend.

Wyntar rolls his eyes at Blodget and walks past him keeping the key. Whispering...What incredible magic to be surrounded by.... As he carefully walks into the room.
