Odilo uses his staff to open the door further. While doing so he looks about to see if his potion is sitting round anywhere outside the hut.

Paid her good money for it too. Though now that I think of it that was bad business on my part. Pay upfront to not get the goods." the mage enters the place and tries to locate anything worth taking to make up for the loss. "Sorry my name is Odilo I'm a mage of sorts. Hope you don't mind while I search the place in and out for anything to make up for my loss of coin."

Orando, elf enchanter

"Yes Odillo, I know you," remarks Orando as he steps into the doorway as Odillo enters the hut. "Mention of love potions I do find interesting. I glanced in there but minutes ago."

Odilo shaking his head the mage says "No no no no no no.... Though the odd woman did not let me in it did look quite a dump from what I could see last time. This time it is far too clean. Perhaps a trap door in the floor?"

The three heroes reunite as Orando comes around from the back of the hut and reminds Odilo who he is.

The door opens easy enough. Inside, the room is still empty. (except for the broom)

You don't hear or see anything else after Odilo enters and announces his arrival.

Orando, arcanist

Having seen much in his four centuries, Orando suspects this old woman is more than she seems. Or that broom possesses powerful cleaning magicks. Seeing Odillo safely enter, the fey prestidigitator follows and searches for secret doors.

Searching for secret (1-2/6) or concealed (1-3/6) doors/features [1d6] = 5

Grillock- Follows Odilo into the empty room. He will also search for secret doors. From what I saw yesterday this hut there was barely room enough to move about. I will also search for secret doors.

Grillock enters the room and joins Orando in his search for secrets while Odilo One-ell also wanders further into the room, inevitably getting a bit closer to the broom.

The elves find nothing at first glance when suddenly, the door behind them slams closed with a bang and some clicking noises. The broom instantly animates and pops up to swack the unsuspecting Odilo upside the head and face. 2 dam and save vs Blindness in your next post please. The broom swings around with amazing speed and thuds into Odilo's nether regions. 1 dam

The broom seems to spin, dodge, perry and then thrust around again, making ready for its next attack on the surprised mage. (of sorts)

Actions!

Odilo "Oomf!" the only sound the mage manages as he takes the beating from a broom. "Bah the damned thing got dust in my eyes I can't see a blasted thing." the mage stammers out as he tries to find his way out of the hut.

Orando, invoker

"Cleanliness is next to godliness," quips Orando, amused at the battling broom.

The elf scatters his pocketful of fine sand and orders: "Broom, clean this dirt as you were commanded."

Then Orando tries to open the door out of the room.

Orando scatters some sand across the floor and shouts out commands but the broom ignores his action completely. As Odilo moves towards the door with the help from Grillock, the broom swats him in the backside a few more times. It causes no more actual damage but is quite humorous to watch.

The three get to the door and it opens easily. As you are leaving the hut, you hear a snarky voice coming from somewhere inside the room.

Hahahaha! Run away little piggies! You weren't invited! The master doesn't like to be bothered when she is resting! Hahaha!

After you exit the hut the door slams closed again and you hear the same clicking noises.

Once Odilo wipes the dust from his face and eyes, he is able to see again.

Odilo "Best not let me back in there I'll burn the place down." the mage quite perturbed tells Grillock.

There is no reply from inside the hut.

It is still only about mid morning and the sun is beginning to shine brightly over the town now.

"What poor manners."

Orando walks around the building again, looking in any windows or knocking on any other doors.
