Chapter 2: The Long Road to Glory
Re: Chapter 2: The Long Road to Glory
Thurgot enters the inn and seats himself. He will partake in the fare and then get a room for himself and settle in to rest. Before he goes to it he will offer to use his magic to heal any wounds that have been gained.
When he awakens he will rememorise his magic and pray to the silence for strength.

Re: Chapter 2: The Long Road to Glory
Ariknoq says a prayer to Qord thanking him for victory. The half-orc warrior-priest orders ale and food.
"Let us to this temple next," he says. "I don't trust the orc Galgaria that was brought along. She tried to kill Sotha, and would do the same to us. She should be killed like the others."

Ulfang Chainbreaker, barbarian:
The large outlander cleaned and sheathed his black great sword, grimly slapped the backs of his friends in acknowledgement of this strange victory, and then he saw to the slaves.
"We're in the Gnome City," he said as he moved among them.
"It's all right. You're free now," he told them as he searched for a face he knew.
"I can buy food if you hunger," he said quietly as he looked into their eyes for some glint of recognition; some sign this wasn't all in vain.
"I am called Ulfang. Do any of you remember me? It's been 13 long years since the tribe was taken into bondage."

These Characters will remain at the Inn until recuited by the major party. They are team B as it were. They are the Minor leagues basically. Whenever the Party needs something done and they need someone new to do it. You Can hire any of them any time you like. They all want 250GP to sign on as a henchmen up front. They also would want at least some cut of the party treasure that is found adventuring.

Ulfang Chainbreaker, barbarian:
Ulfang is astonished and overjoyed to find another of his lost brothers. The barbarians shake, gripping each other's forearms, and embrace.
After distributing 40gp* among the other freed slaves, and cheerfully wishing them good fortune with their new-gotten freedom, Ulfang leads Tavok into the Balding Platypus, introduces him to the Jagged Rose Company, and joins the celebratory feast, happy to hear Tavok's tale and any news he carries of other enslaved tribesmen.
This unexpected and joyous reunion reignites within the mercurial barbarian his gigantic mirth and unquenchable appetite for life.
*marked off his sheet.
Will work up Tavok's sheet asap. Thanks.

All party members feel free to explore the city. You can restock any lost or used items at this time. Use the Arena again, if you want to test your skill. You can check out the local gambling Den etc. etc.. Sotha Sil will address the party at a meeting in the Balding Platypus Inn tomorrow morning, (in game time). Until then feel free to move about the cabin.
