This thread is for any business that takes place between issues that would happen off-panel in a comic book. Specific information gathering outside of a given plot, character advancement using xp, acquiring new gadgets, building or developing a base of operations, engaging in specific PR activities, forming super-groups or more informal organizations, getting registered (unless it's a Big Deal), and so forth.

Sky's the limit. This thread will be closed to all PCs once the month's story pitch hits, and will re-open for PCs as their issues end.
