Halmod fills his small sack with coins and says we still have the coins in the room above, to much to carry in any case.

Etruna pulls a large sack out of her backpack still being mindful to stay alert. "We can use this to carry some of the coins." She pauses briefly and then adds, "My needs are few, but there are others who Mortaya could bless with this."

The merchant and the other commoners are also excited to see so much treasure and offer to help carry out the extra treasure.

The party then begins to make its way back up through the maze of tunnels. Nothing disturbs the quiet and after about a half hour you are standing outside where it is still dark, morning a couple of hours away.

The good news is no rain.

As you approach the edge of the dike Ramne's familiar "Whiskers" makes his appearance and seems excited to return to Orlane.

He begins to lead back to Orlane through the dark.

After a couple of hours of travel through the swamp, the Sun begins to rise and the landscape changes to the dry woodland where you encountered the ogre. Another hour after that fallow fields and abandoned farms. Then finally the Temple of Orlane can be seen in the distance.

More to come....
