The key choice in character gen is what background complements or amplifies your class.

I didn't quite get far enough into the process last night to reach the background section, but I will have time today to work on it some more, and will definitely ask any questions I have along the way.

The 5E rules are very different. Creating a character will take me some time as I try to figure out what all the new aspects are.

Hahahaha.... I'm getting closer. Kind of.

I was attempting to make a wizard (a class I'd struggle to make in 2E (my favorite edition) since I almost never play them) so I may elect to go a different route. I'd probably finish up faster if I do.
