next advancement I was looking towards the heightened senses move to get answers from things, I feel like I am going to need it in the upcoming battle.

My post about them was mainly to get Seth aware of Kate's presence so that the characters can meet faster, unless there are different plans for Kate and Seth's reunion?

Thank you Mister-Kent. I am also enjoying how you are quickly getting into your Kate character. She is already down to business and figuring out whats what.

You know... When seth thought that whenever Kate is places things get out of control, that was me guessing at whatever possible past those two had. But if you keep making moves like that you may very well prove him right

I'm much more satisfied with the Big Bad now that she's transported Seth to Hell.

It shouldn't take too many moves to get Seth out unless you flub bunches of rolls in sequence and I run out of ideas...

Kate could get involved. Victoria (still missing) is a wild card. There are options.

Hopefully the change in gears works. The Buffy thing covers a lot of ground, anyway. Things will get going sideways soon enough. I need a change in beat, at least temporarily.

Stuff will get screwed up in multiple different ways going forward, I'm sure. More screwed up than Hell, anyway.

So, to be clear (because I'm figuring it out myself)...

Mrs. Flenchez found this old book, bound with human skin. Through her reading of the book, it allowed the Emissary of the Horned Prince back into this world.

The Horned Prince wants Lucinda to read the book. She still has her soul, but she's screwed up. If Mrs. Flenchez (who was not screwed up like Lucinda) could bring the Emissary to life, then Lucinda could bring something even worse.

At least that's how I figure it in my head at the end of the work day on my train ride home.

no idea how Friday works into this, but I'm getting there!

Yes, Summer could get rid of the book, but maybe it has value in fighting the Emissary. And it isn't easily destroyed. It could be just a Hard Move away from coming back!

There's a pacing issue here. I feel as though everyone but Kate is now in Scene 6.

Ah, sorry for the misunderstanding with the strings and the bargain. I guess I minsenterpreted that part and just automatically assumed I'd be giving my strings in addtion to the price.

Also, do let me know when it is alright for me to continue posting in scene 5. Some of the others players are still doing their own thing and I don't know if I should be waiting on them or not.
