Just to make sure we are all on the same page, when you say first room, do you mean:
1) the barrow room with the hole in the floor
2) the room below the barrow room where all the graffiti was written on the walls
3) the first room you entered

ooc...I meant the room below the barrow room but we can go up to the barrow room if thats what everyone wants to do. Either one would probably have the same level of safety I would think.

Hearing no other comment, you all return to the entry hall beneath the barrow. What is the watch order?

Erinar will take last watch to maximize rest since he needs uninterupted rest to learn new spells.

Being injured and tired Marcus finds it best to take third watch.

"Dren will take first watch" says the diminutive adventurer, digging through his pack and bringing the hammer and spikes to the top.

Gawain turns to Dren and says "If you don't mind, could I take first watch? It will help with my spell memorization. It has quickly become apparent that the ability to put enemies to sleep is not as useful here as it is in other places"

Pyrrhic sets up his bedroll and carefully puts his longsword beside him.
"I'll gladly take a mid-watch. I can sleep before and after. Wake me up when it's my turn."

"Wherever you need me, I am ready," Mortiganto says as he settles in.

The party accepts your request to take the first watch so that you can get enough rest to study your spells in the morning. Given all that everyone has been through today, it does not take anyway long to drift off to sleep. About three quarters of an hour go by quietly with all the constant dripping of water from the moor above and the snores of your companions to keep you company. But their noise is joined by another sound. The sound of something walking in the hallway outside.

Gawain will use his elvin eyes to peer into the darkness as he nudges the others awake quietly pointing down the hall in the direction of the sound.

Marcus, awakened by Gawain, peers out the door where the elf stands pointing.

Erinar is awake and looking around at what Gawain is pointing at.

Making their way down the hall towards the group are three skeletons. Tatters of chain mail armor still adorn their torsos. One skeleton carries a shield in one hand and a sword in the other. This skeleton is flanked on both sides by the other skeletons who both wield long spears. Their approach is mindful and deliberate, as if they knew you were here.
