Dredd Doomsmith, dwarven trap-hacker:

"Thank ye, lass. That's a generous gift and kindly," the dwarf said. He looked to see if Worren, or anyone else, was ready to enter the earthquake room.

Worren nodded his readiness to enter the room as he prepared the divine spell to find traps.

Dredd Doomsmith, dwarven trap-hacker:

Dredd will enter the earthquake room and proceed as planned. Depending on their findings, the dwarf may or may not use the wondrous Potion of Gaseous Form before the nine minute period expired.

I'll need more detail than this. Under which circumstances would Dredd use the potion?

Sorry.
There are a lot of possible outcomes here.
My thought was that we hear from you what we learn after 8 minutes pass, so that Dredd can decide on the potion, based on the facts, a minute or two before the room starts jumping.
Is that possible, please?

Xale CON check (15): [3d6] = 13

That's fine, Inferno. I thought you wanted me to have Dredd drink the potion or not depending on something.

Xale greets the new Dwarven member of the party heartily and then after a quick breakfast will speak up saying; "Well, I can cast a couple of spells and see if there's any traps or magical bits we haven't discovered so far; if that's the consensus?"; he asks the party at large....

OOC: Will have the same spells memorized as before; and if the vote is to do so; he'll cast Find Traps and/or Detect Magic in the Earthquake room if that's needed.

Dredd Doomsmith, dwarven trap-hacker:

Dredd was very happy to meet Xale. He's been away from Doomsmith Forge and his clan brothers for too long.

The dwarf joined Worren in entering the earthquake room, and said to Xale, "Will ye join us, brother?"

Eduardo clears his throat. "Um . . . I'll just wait here then, " he says. He does at least gather all of his things, his loincloth and his spear, and stands ready to act if needed in the room.

Dredd enters the bouncy room. Using the googles, he peers at the door in east wall. He finds a catch that would trigger when the door is opened. The material, as far as he can tell, is just wood.

He backs out of the room just before it starts bouncing again.

Dredd Doomsmith, trap hacker:

"Now there's some good news," Dredd frowned as he removed his work gloves and pushed his goggles up onto his bald forehead. "This time, I did find something. I was a fool not to see it before. There's a mechanical trap on the door. Once the room stops shaking, I'll try to disarm it.
"I won't be needing this, lass,"
he said to Elsa as he produced her potion from his tool belt. "The trap might trigger whichever way the door is opened. Thank ye again for ye kind generosity."

Dredd's early, giddy excitement at having found other tomb raiders gave way to the somberness of these mourning adventurers. He will leave them to their grief. While the earthquake room shakes, he'll diligently search this outer hall for secret doors with his naked eyes. Lost in his work, he grunts and mumbles to himself while searching.

Once the earthquake room stops, he'll enter it and try to disarm the trap in 9 minutes or less. "Kindly stand at the ready. In case the door opens with enough time left to pass through it."

Zhym, please let me know if I need to roll anything. Thanks.

I could have sworn it was a potion of gaseous form, but upon looking at my sheet (which I haven't done in a while) I see its a potion of polymorph. Which I suppose could have been used to similar effect.

Was clerical healing not possible due to interrupted sleep? Elsa is down to 37 HP.

I don't know; but now that I'm 're-stocked' with some spells; I'll cast a Cure Serious Wounds on Elsa. Being at work, I have no access to the Die Roller (I can come here...but not to the Dice Roller....sigh....my worksite's computer security makes NO sense to me!); so if someone else could make the roll for me, I'd appreciate it.
